Payless Car Rental rental car at San Jose airport. The process was smooth and efficient. The gentleman was nice and professional. The car was beautiful, clean and great. Upgrade was received at no cost. Total cost for 2 1/2 days was appropriately priced. Super helpful and kind assistants worked around us. Opening a little early, forgetting the contract, definitely recommend. Professional assistants are the best part experience. Drop off great, a cheerful guy greeted me, helped me and questions, got me on way. Wait time at the airport facility excessive, 50 minutes only 2 agents. Line to the counter was ridiculous on high volume days. Rented several times, rentals fine, extend several times without issues.

Super helpful and kind! Tony was helpful and worked around us forgetting the contract as well as opening a little early for us! Definitely recommend, had no issues what’s so all.

The professional assistants are the best part of the experience! The car was clean and perfect for my needs. Drop off was great, a cheerful guy greeted me, helped me with my questions and got me on my way!
