“I was fortunate enough to find this Turo rental site and was very happy with my experience. The owner, Randy, was very easy to reach and responded quickly to my questions. I drove one of his dream cars...2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I have owned 6 or 7 Land Rovers in the past so was familiar with the workings of this British SUV. It was clean, slight wear as would be expected in a car over 7 years old. I also was surprised at the very low milage on it. Yes, I would highly recommend Randy and his stable of beautiful cars”

“Very convenient car rental location. You won't need a shuttle reach this place, it's simply across the road when you get out of the airport. Personally, I rent with Avis and with the preferred program, I can just lookup my spot number and just get into the car. No counter waiting time. Returns are easy too (again, no shuttle needed) but it might be confusing to find the return if it's your first time.”

Mainly because I have a terrible history with skeezy car salesmen/mechanics trying to take advantage of me or play me for more money because I'm a small girl. And reading all the past reviews on yelp from this dealership, I was not looking forward to it.”

“The new app and IT are going through teething problems. The app told me that I couldn't go to Emerald Isle but the desk told me to go ahead and ignore the app. When I was checking out the car before me had a long wait. When I got to the exit gate I had a long way too. It seemed they needed to verify every piece of information. The woman said that what happens when your new member. I've been a member of the Emerald Isle since it was introduced in the 90s.”

“My review is a little late, but I've rented from this location 5 times now and have never gotten bad service. The cars I've gotten were all cleaned on the inside and drove without any issues. Typically for my rentals, I am traveling from NorCal to SoCal then back to NorCal. The fact that all the rentals I've gotten from this location has not given me any issues, I will be renting from this location more often.Leo was the person who has helped me a lot of times and he was able to answer any and all questions I have about the rental. Pick up and drop off are always easy for me. The mall itself isn't busy, so it makes picking up my rental a lot quicker than other locations. Not only that, extending rentals last minutes was as easy as just modifying my reservation online, no questions asked.I'm also a person who likes comparing prices and based off the few locations in San Jose, I've always gotten better pricing here than compared to the booking at the Airport. Thank you for everything Leo, I will most definitely be coming back to rent more from this location! ^w^”

“I was unsure going here after seeing the reviews. But it looks like it's under new management. Andy is very friendly and helpful, and was able to get me a great truck to rent for the weekend (no way my SUV could fit the things I needed). It sounds like after COVID they had a lot of trouble getting up and running because of a lack of trucks especially - funny enough this is exactly what most people complain about!I'll definitely be back because new management under Andy is great. Most of this stuff comes down to who runs the place and Andy does great. I'm all for supporting local business owners and it's clear Andy's been hard at work trying to fix the reputation here :)I've only ever had trouble renting from Budget (or Avis?) when I try to do something last minute. My recommendation would be to try and book in advance as much as possible - and to be flexible if you're going to book last minute!”
