Staff very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have collapsed and calloused veins,and usually have to endure a few attempts to retrieve a sample, however much to my surprise the young Lady who retrieved the sample achieved it on first attempt. Please extend my Gratitude to her. Thanks....
