The lady who served me was awesome, very patient, very knowledgeable and helpful.
I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time, everything was clean, organized and it was very easy to check in.
My results came quickly after. I’m very pleased with my experience there.

I came to 2168 Alum rock ave for blood testing, but the staffs here denied my insurance and I must come back home. I surprised so much because my insurance was accepted at Quimby. Then, on my way back home, I got a call of one staff that requested me turned back the Quest lab to get blood test because they had mistake. This case made me be so disappointed.

I went with all my 3 kids for blood test. The lab technician made all the effort possible to have all 3 of them in same kiosk and get them done one after another. It was very helpful as a mom to be in one place and get things done. Thank you

Staff are great but there aren't that many of them. 5 hour waits for non-appointments. Appointment was fine, maybe 20 minute wait.
One of my tests was unusual and they weren't equipped for it, I'm going to have to go back. Staff were very thorough in trying to make sure they did everything they could before making me come back. Assured me I would not have to make a repeat appointment or wait, they'd call me when they got the particular doodad they didn't have in stock and I could just come in.
I'm not kidding about five hour wait times for walk-ins. Do NOT walk in. Make an appointment.
-1 star because it was impossible to reach the office by phone to ask questions first.

Kerrie did a great job. Painless blood draw and very kind attitude.
Check in is a breeze, just make sure you set an appointment and scan your license when you get there.

I had an appointment in the morning to only just wait for 2 hours and not be called at all; I did ask someone if they could check my name and didn't even bother coming back to me. I've been fasting for about 20 hours and I'm not going to deal with that.

My Guy Stephen is the Tech to do the job. Last couple of days, I did my blood work done and Stephen was the one performing the Blood Draw. I didn't even feel the needle entry nor the exit. So next time you visit this facility in Alum Rock; if you can request for Stephen, do so and you'll never regret it.

The clinic was clean and was very easy with self check-in system. I was called 5 minutes before my appointment time. The technician skill was ok. I did feel a little pain when she inserted the needle.Overall, I recommend this office and make sure you make an appointment. Don't walk in, you could be waiting for a long time.

my appointment was on time, the sign in system is super fast and they'll help you sign in if you're having trouble. Plus Kerrie was the sweetest! and got my blood drawn on the first try which doesn't happen often

The people working here are rude everytime. They close when they want and the last time all I had was a drop off. Really sad that we have places this bad.

I made an appointment so everything moved quickly. Got in signed in sat down and 2 min later they called my name .place was packed so I'm sure people got upset because they were waiting and I just walked in ...make an appointment people it make you life easier ?
