I recently used the self check out, which is my norm, but in a hurry to get out, I left my cash. One of the checkers/ baggers tracked me down in the parking lot. Great customer service! I've noticed that the customer service has improved lately. I'm so gratefulgrateful for that.

We ordered 1/4 white butter cream sheet cake with raspberry filling . As I asked, they wrote THANK YOU on top. it was delicious. I haven't ordered a decorated cake in a long time and I was extremely pleased with the cake itself and the decorations. I don't know where I will order my cakes from now on.

Came here for the first time yesterday while coming back from downtown SJ. Older Safeway (and building) but is familiar and comfortable. Helpful staff as well. No complaints.
