Been going here to buy lottery tickets and turning in lottery tickets too.. and then today this guy who was working 2/2/25 around 2:50 pm had said that in order to get a lottery ticket or turn in lottery ticket I would have to be 20+ lol its 18+ to buy a lottery ticket in California, showed him my ID and he couldn’t even tell me why he can’t give me lottery ticket basically just refused to do his easy ass job

This gas station needs to replace their pumps. I've gone to this station regularly for years because it's close to home and I've started to pump elsewhere now because of all the issues with the pumps. From my count, I've had issues with 5 of the pumps. They either don't want to take my card or won't let me choose which gas to pump.Each time I return there's an issue with a new pump and existing issues with previous ones.I won't be returning again. At least until they do MAJOR renovations and not just sending a repair guy to "fix" the pumps.My last visit here I saw the repair guy too. Not sure if he got the pump working but as I was leaving he was just taping off the pump.

I had a terrible experience at this Shell Station. I've actually never been much of a fan of Shell Gas Stations in the past, and this Shell Station was no different. First, I went inside this Shell Station to prepay for gas with cash, and the person working the cash register made me wait for about 10 minutes while he finished laughing and making chitchat with a friend of his who was in the store that day. After I paid for gas, I came back into the store to use my debit card to get more gas, after I was told at the pump that my card was declined. The owner then proceeded to look at me smugly, then he put on a huge plastic face shield, and then he proceeded to tell me that he refused to try my debit card again because he said it was denied at the pump. One of the reasons debit cards get denied at the pump, is because you have to have like $50 or $75 in accessible funds in order to get approval at the pump. I realized my card has less than $50 in funds available, and so I went inside to pay with me debit card, only to be treated extremely rudely and turned away disrespectfully. I believe there is a reason why this Shell Gas Station has terrible reviews.

I come here because it's the closest to me, but everytime I come here the short Mexican lady (with the slick back hair tie) is so RUDE, the first time I came here she yelled at my husband because my husband forgot to add his loop rewards and she didn't want to cancel because she said canceling a transaction takes too long, but no one was even there so it shouldn'thave mattered. Then the next visit we paid for a carwash and when we went through the wash it didn't have soap I let her know and she said "oh the homeless people took it out, she could have told us before we paid. Today I came and asked if she had a small bottle of milk she said No. Then I said ok and was leaving but she got in front of me I said excuse me and she said there is more room to walk around her.If she hates her job so much she shouldn't work there or atleast with customer service coz she is ALWAYS RUDE AND always in a BAD MOOD!

Every single time I go to the Shell station to put gas buy me a drink. There's always the cashier lady her name is Sandra she makes me wait I don't know if she does it for every other customer but every single time I come into the store I always have to wait until she's ready to cash me out. Sometimes she will leave the store unattended I have to go find her in the parking lot and wait for her to come back into the store. I don't really think this is a good experience you should have to experience. And I mean she does this to me every time I have to wait until she becomes available to help me.

Had to go inside to pay with credit card because pump has been broken forever and asked Sandra to keep credit card and open pump because i neded to fill up. I've done that at other pumps before with no problem. She refused wanted an amount so i got $100 . When I got to the pump she shut it off so i went inside again, she said i had canceled it and to not come back for me to go get fuel somewhere else. Great way to treat your costumers SANDRA!
