I pressed 87 button and pumped regular gas at pump # 8 but the station counted price for premium gas. SHELL at 3290 South White Rd Sanjose CA 95148, today at 11:02am, paid with credit card but the cashier couldn’t help

May 18th went there for some gas and a car wash, was about $48 total at the pump, and they charged my card $200????!!!!

Refuse car wash refund. Due to the cash wash, the machine broke down. Agure with assistance manager at this Shell on White Rd and Aborn Road in San Jose, California. Very bad customer services. I never want to go back to this location again. ????

A very nice looking gas station. Neat and clean! Conveniently located. I usually fill gas here. But it has weird pump directions. Out of place diesel and expensive gas!

So went to the Loop tonight and bought the $13 car wash went through it and when we came out my truck was still dirty I went back inside spoke to the manager a Mexican lady named Romella told her that my truck was still dirty asked her if I could just go through again I did not want my money back I just wanted to be able to go through again she told me no and that if they do not guarantee for your car to be 100% clean ?!? WTF. I mean I get it it's just a drive thru car wash but dam there was still bird crap and visible dirt everywhere but she stood her ground and told me there was nothing she could do for me. I mean even if she said I can let you go thru for half but nope she offered nothing to keep me as a good paying customer. Now that's fine but during this time when businesses are trying to get as many customers as possible you would think she would want to make paying customers happy so I will never go back there and I am also hoping that her manager and or corporate see this terrible way to treat customers. I guess I'll just take my hard-earned money across the street to the other car wash. THANK YOU AGAIN ROMELLA FOR DOING NOTHING AT ALL

Everything is always broken ! The Indian guy with turban here always grumpy doesn't want to serve correctly.. I worked here so I know the training procedures he's a lazy bum should be fired.. also their wireless contact payment for cards don't work .. and the pumps payment processor with credit cards outside doesn't work very often .. very inconvenient when ur in a hurry just tryna get gas .. u have to see the lazy Indian guy with turbanYou can see Shell has the tech for the wireless contact reader but it never works .. I just went to Valero across the street their wireless contact payment works ! Finally someone's doing something right .. Easy and fast payment Shell needs to learn a few things.. and fire this lazy Indian guy with turban on graveyard

Customer service and management are not professional and not willing to listen, understand, and help.I traveled from Santa Clara to San Jose area, by The Plant Shopping Plaza, to do some errands. I needed premium fuel as my fuel level was low and my light come on during travel to The Plant. I looked on maps for a Shell with decent low price for V-Power. At the time, this location showed $3.40 for V-Power while others showed $3.55, $3.65. I figure they provide best deal. I made my way and barely made it on empty. But to my surprise and disappointment, V-Power was $3.75, a whole .35 cents per gallon. I talked to clerk and she could do nothing and suggested I speak to management and provided their hours. The next day I went back to discuss with management and they did not help. They could not do anything and it is the price as is and to look at street sign. I get and understand fuel prices fluctuate throughout day, but to tell someone who is not familiar or does not commute regularly in that area, to look and keep track of street sign is ridiculous and unprofessional. I expressed and explained to them my travel situation and they still referred me to look at street sign. Remember I am on empty with no option to go to another Shell. The image I provide shows no asterisk, meaning that that price is not old or void. From the time I left Santa Clara to The Plant and to Shell, the price on maps remained $3.40. They did not want to assist me or provide any voucher or anything. They even did not understand V-Power is Premium, I had to explain and express that I know what I was pumping into my vehicle. Also, their phone number/line does not take calls. The day I went to go to discuss with management, I tried calling first and the line does not accept calls. Like I said, unprofessional.
