Today we purchased some paint. It turned out to not what we asked for.bwe went to return it at 4:30pm today and a young Mexican female employee was very rude to my wife as well as inconsiderate as she standed there waiting in line with crutches. All the whole, the employee was taking her time. She took our receipt then which she refused the refund because they do not have the amount to refund. This is bullshit. Very unprofessional, especially towards someone who has a disability . We will file under the ADA act.

Mr. Mitchell Wettenstein provided me with great customer service and guidance. Thanks to Mitchell's dedication, I was able to select the paints for my entire house in this store. Highly recommended!!

Awesome customer service. Very helpful assistant store manager Alex. The Milpitas store didn't have elastomeric paint. I drove to San Jose after I spoke to Alex on the phone. They mixed 3 gallons for me 15 minutes before closing time.

I went there on September 16,2022 to get a gallon of paint and they messed up and given the wrong paint color. I called them and I was told to bring it back. Got there and the guy that took my order wasn’t there but the second employee stated to me it was the right order and you aren’t getting your money back and we aren’t going exchange it.we got into a heated argument and I believe it was the color of my skin and discriminate against as well. The Supervisor Sergio said he was getting wrote up. I still see this employee as a threat and other stores saying there been lots of complaints at that store.

This store isn't very busy most of the time. Its clean and the bathrooms are accessible.They're running short on some products but the employees are very willing to call other stores for customers.They have great products which last a really long time.Recommended store for high quality paint for all your projects!
