The new assistant manager name Fernando needs some attitude adjustment. Nothing compared to the employees over at Bascom location. He doesn't even know what he is doing.

ShoePalace is a good store I went there they had a limited shoe collection but didn't had my shoe size but there customer service was ok

When I called she was very friendly had a great customer service and even said their location This is one of the best shoe Palace San Jose
