I love LFBA classes as they are challenging and I can feel that my muscle is working hard. I love it also bc it’s short (40mins) so you can get your workout done efficiently and effectively!!

love how there are two studios that are easy to get to with ample parking. every class is different but always a challenge (in a good way). best lagree studio in the bay area.

I wanted to try out pilates and decided to do the first free class and have been hooked since! The studio is clean, all the instructors have been friendly and encouraging and I've been so challenged physically and mentally in doing these classes. It's only 40 minutes but it's intense! I always leave feeling great though and stronger! I love how they let you try it for free the first time to see if you'll enjoy it.

I love taking classes at this location with Nikki and Sharon! I usually attend morning classes, but I've also tried Flex in the evening. I also do weight training and running, but I find Lagree challenging in its own way.

I started going to lagree because I found other pilates classes expensive. Even though it's not traditional pilates I love the small classes so I get more attention from the instructors. The classes are only 40 minutes, but the routine makes it worth it because it challenges you to build strength. The facility is very intimate with only 6-8 people a class.

I've done a lot of different fitness classes, from yoga to boxing to barre but this studio is my FAVORITE! The workouts are quick, 40 minutes, but VERY intense. You leave feeling accomplished and stronger. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a challenge!

I love these classes and I do feel stronger, but I’m not gonna go anymore. They’re raising the prices again !! and these classes are just getting way too expensive… Prices are raising faster than my paycheck. Too bad these are awesome classes.

I had an amazing Lagree class experience! The workout was intense and left me feeling energized. The coaching was top-notch, providing the right guidance and motivation. Can't wait for the next session!

LFBA studios really motivates you to try and push yourself. I love how the trainers are guiding you throughout the workout and helping you fix your position. Hands down if you ever are curious of trying it out for once you won’t REGRET IT! It will motivate you to come again.

Pre-COVID, I was at one of my best levels of fitness since high school. During COVID, however, I really struggled to keep that up, and eventually, let it go. After COVID, I tried getting back into things, and just couldn’t seem to get anything to stick. Then, I found LFBA San Jose. The staff has been incredibly encouraging, patient, and supportive as I’ve restarted my fitness journey. I am encouraged to ask for help with complex moves or for accommodations if my strength is still building to a move. I feel accomplished after each class, and I can feel my body getting stronger each week. The 40 min class makes it so easy to fit into my schedule and the 6:10 am class makes it easy for me to get in a workout before work. The studio is clean, and the equipment is well kept. I highly recommend at least trying the first free class. You will likely want to come back for more.

LFBA provides a great challenging workout. I always look forward to going and feel great after. The instructors are very clear, attentive, and help correct your form when needed. I would recommend this class to anyone who’s looking to get a good sweat session in!

I took the signature 45? class 2 weeks ago on a Friday and wow. For beginners it was SUPER hard! However, I always love a challenge and I know it's going to be worth it in the end. I was actually sore for the next 3-4 days!It was my first time doing reformer pilates and it changed my life! Don't let it fool you that it will be easy because it takes a lot of grit and hardwork to be used to it!I would love to come back again. The instructor was super nice, I forgot her name and she did fix my posture and how to use the machines quite a couple times. Everything was brand new to me but I stuck it through. I was sweating super hard and had to take many breaks! I feel that everyone should try reformer pilates here at least once! It's an amazing experience.
