They are still in business because they know how treat customers and provide quality services at reasonable prices. Not taking away from the Tire Outlet on Alum Rock because I have been there also and continue to recommend them but John and Jason are great people. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair you can think of as well as the best prices in town for wheels and tires.”

“Awesome and great Mobile Truck Tire Service company. My 2008 Isuzu NRP front tire was punctured on the 880 N near Great Mall Pkwy in Milpitas. Thank God I found him online. Ivan answered the phone and gave me a quote. He came in a hurry, replaced the damaged tire, and balanced the wheel. In less than an hour, I was back in my truck and on my way to customers to deliver goods. Thank you, Ivan!!!”

To echo another commenter, it can be intimidating as a woman to handle these issues alone, but I was met with such friendly and quick service! The gentleman there was so nice - checked things out and helped add air to my tires (just needed to be inflated) - all complimentary. Really gave me the peace of mind I needed! Highly recommend.”

I went in to buy some used tires in fairly good shape that I was hoping were in my budget. When I was quoted a price, I already knew it was a crazy good deal, plus whatever it costs to put them on. After waiting just about 15 minutes for them to finish, I was told the price INCLUDED the labor! That's just straight up unbeatable. One tire did end up having a slow leak (that's the gamble you take when buying used), and they patched it up the next day free of charge. This place is honest and legit, and I'd recommend them to anyone!”

After checking it, they told me that their used tire also had problems, but it was better than mine.
