They are still in business because they know how treat customers and provide quality services at reasonable prices. Not taking away from the Tire Outlet on Alum Rock because I have been there also and continue to recommend them but John and Jason are great people. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair you can think of as well as the best prices in town for wheels and tires.”

“Cool dude, he closes at 7pm but waited an extra 10min for me to fix my tire.. 75$ for an almost new tire.. I had another tire that had to be put on the rim. Only charged me 20 to put a new tire one the rim and put it on the car and tossed the old one..”

I had a tire that was badly worn. I went there to change the tire, and they only had one used tire. After checking it, they told me that their used tire also had problems, but it was better than mine. They were willing to replace it for free and told me to go to another store to find the tire that belonged to me. I felt that they were very honest and helpful.”

“First off, Jimi was super kind. I was driving to sonoma valley and got a flat. After calling several other shops that couldn't take me in, I stumbled across this shop and the reviews. I called and Jimi was able to take me in. He assessed the tire, found a nail, and gave me options. He offered to patch up the tire and never tried to oversell me, not even one tire. I decided because he was so honest and kind and I would need new tires eventually, to purchase a whole set from him. He didn't have the particular tires in stock but he himself drove to pick them up and have them installed within the hour. Pricing was fair and he completed the job efficiently in time for me to be on the road again. Truly grateful for the quality service and efficiency that is so hard to find these days. I wish he was in my hometown. Would recommend!”
