“This guy is a professional through and through. He had to bypass the system and get the airbags to inflate before towing. The fact that he was able to accomplish that was amazing. I say this because two mobile mechanics that couldn’t fix it also said you couldn’t manually inflate the airbags.
I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him 100%.?”

“It sure sucks when you need a tow truck. But at least for me, my experience with ALL STAR TOW was excellent, Had a bad flat which a can of fix o flat couldn't seal. And my car doesn't come with a spare. Thanks AMG I was assisted by Mike and he brought a flatbed to carry my AWD vehicle to the tire shop. He handled my car with care and was super friendly. “My truck was stuck in a trench when a car swerved into the oposite lane which I was driving on and I didn't know what to do or who to call. My gf told me about F&E towing and I gave them a call. The driver Eduardo came pretty quick to my location, he was VERY HELPFUL and a pretty cool guy! He gave AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The way he pulled out my truck safely from the trench and without damaging it also asking me politely to stand back in a safe distance says alot about how professional this towing company works. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT to anyone that needs help. I give it a 5 stars rating!”

“My wife and I had pulled into the movie theater parking lot because we were planning on going to see wicked. My mother-in-law calls and tells me that her car is stuck in the parking lot of a grocery center and she needs help. To my wife's disappointment. We left the movie theater parking lot and went out to see what we could do to help her. Indeed she was stuck where she said she was, and so we called VIP towing was very responsive and came very quickly to help get us out of predicament. The service was very good and the owner of the business was very polite and professional. Needless to say, I would use this service again. If you're stuck and you need help and VIP towing is in your area, don't hesitate to call them for help.”

“Who likes getting their vehicle towed? (If it is against your will) pretty much no one. My truck got stolen and the SC Sheriff found it. It got towed by Silva Bros.I had to pay $480 out of pocket for the tow and storage, they were courteous, professional and took good care of my truck. I was lucky enough to be able to drive it from their yard with no damages.So, I give them 4 stars for being respectful of my vehicle but also I could not retrieve my truck when the Sheriff called me (it was Sunday) and that added an extra $100 of "storage fees" and I feel is unfair that as a victim of a crime, I have to foot the bill for the tow and on top of that pay an extra day. At least got my vehicle back so it was not such a bad outcome.Service: Car towing”

“I got lucky to find JF Towing. Personally I believe the company gives excellent attention and an amazing service. I was stuck in the middle of the night due to my car stopped working. I called JF Towing and a very nice guy named Juan was kind and helpful with me as soon as he arrived (around 20 minutes after my call). The guy also offered me to rent a car since I had to keep mine to the mechanic shop for a couple of days. Fair prices, excellent attention and quick service.
