“I woke up one morning to some frustrating news... my car was hit by a passing car overnight. And like the terrible person they are, they did NOT leave a note. Ugh... gotta love hit and runs! To make matters worse, I do not have full coverage insurance, so all repairs would be on me. Great! Usually I would just want to leave my car as is, because it's an older car and still drivable. But the damage looked bad, and it was too embarrassing to be driving to work everyday. So I began researching places and came across Campbell Collision Center. Amir was AWESOME! Gave me a couple options of different levels of repairs I wanted to do and worked with me when I decided to go the "economic" route. He was never pushy and never tried to "up-sell" any other services. Super friendly guy! The technician was able to buff out the paint/scrapes and pop back out a dent that was in my bumper. Only took 1 hour to complete and was wayyyy below what I had originally anticipated paying for a repair. Looks fantastic! After getting an unlucky hit and run, I felt like I was due for some good karma.. and Campbell Collision was that for me! Highly recommend this spot!”

Ezekiel is a phenomenal customer service person and he helped us from the start to the end like an absolute rockstar. Took the car for an initial inspection (we have Statefarm insurance and their shop was a recommendation) and Ezekiel welcomed me with a cheerful smile and definitely made me feel at ease given a bit of anxiety sets in when you are driving to a bodyshop for repairs. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. He did a quick walkthrough around the car with me and was able to assess the damage , the parts that needed to be ordered and as well a timeline was provided as to by when the ordered parts would be available at the shop to proceed further with the fix.The professionalism and expertise demonstrated definitely instilled confidence in the services provided. We were informed about the parts coming in and were able to setup an appointment to drop the car. The repairs on the vehicle were completed ahead of the scheduled time , and the results looked great. It's clear that your technicians take pride in their work, and the craftsmanship is truly commendable. Additionally, the transparent communication and regular updates on the progress of the repairs were greatly appreciated. The cleanliness and organization of your facility also contributed to a positive overall experience (yeah parking in there sometimes can get a bit tight though i have seen a lot of bodyshops not taking good care of their workspace area etc).
