Customers have had a positive experience with U-Pack's services. The driver, Mike, was described as the "absolute best" - skilled, helpful, and incredibly kind. Erica at dispatch was also helpful. Customers appreciated the ease of the process, from dropping off the ReloCube to scheduling the pickup and delivery. Everyone they dealt with, from customer service representatives to the drivers, was polite, patient, and helpful. U-Pack was willing to deliver to remote locations and held the trailer for a month before delivery.
