“After having started out with another company that had quoted me $390 to transport my mgb from the bay area up to humboldt and then turned out to be a scam company (Get it Done transport), I finally found a highly rated company-Lucky Star auto transport. I guess his quote was more realistic-$948. Dealing with Zoly was good-pretty good English. He only took about a week to set it up, which he did with a trucking company that had a different name, so I figured he had subcontracted. the driver found us without help, which was amazing, but his English was scant, so communication was hard. He was at the bottom of the driveway, and refused to tow the car up the driveway to where we are located. So, we had to push the car up to our place using my husband's truck, which caused the tailight cover to get broken. When I talked to zoly later, he told me that was in fact his company too, so I could have called him and he said I should have; another communication snafu. But at least he "got it done".”

“We used this company today. I thought they were great! I booked three men for four hours. They we're actually done loading the truck in 25 minutes! The whole job took about an hour and a half! They were very fast and efficient. I spoke mostly with Jose, a co- owner, but all the men were very friendly and accommodating. “We moved from California to New York and used Nor-Cal to transport our household goods. David Morgan and his crew were highly efficient. Our whole one bedroom apartment stuff was loaded in the truck in just 2 hours! After that, they took just ten days to cross the country, which was fast considering that they were also doing other clients simultaneously. They have a giant truck, haha! Not only that, but David kept me updated about his location as he traveled. When they reached the final destination, they also unloaded everything quickly and even assembled all furniture back. “I have had my belongings at Branham since 2010 and this storage facility is solid. They have had new management for a while now who have kept it clean, made necessary adjustments and improvements and even have dollys and equipment to help you move items up and down. The elevator is huge if you get a unit on the 2nd floor, like mine, making it easy to move items in and out. The facility is open most days and long hours if I ever have to go after work and, honestly, they still have the best pricing around. I absolutely recommend this place if you're looking in the San Jose area.”

“I booked 2 movers for 3 hours on a Saturday morning through Moving Help on Uhaul. I was moving stuff from a storage pod in Hayward, CA to a moving truck which I drove up to San Francisco. I communicated with them over text message mostly, and was worried that they wouldn't show up, but the day of the came exactly when they said they would. They moved everything from the pod into the moving truck. They don't drive the truck, so I drove it myself and they followed me up to my apartment in San Francisco. Once there, they told me where to park the truck, unloaded the truck, and moved everything into my apartment. They worked very quickly and efficiently and got the entire job done in about 2.5 hours. My furniture/belongings weren't damaged and nothing was scratched in the apartment either. They asked where I wanted things to be put in the apartment.”
