Went in for fingerprinting for a new job. I have two fingers which no longer have a fingerprint due to an injury.Jennifer, who helped take my prints was so wonderful. She spent an hour trying to get the prints accepted. She was extremely patient and very friendly during the entire process.she was sympathetic and determined to get this done.she even said " i am not giving up i will keep trying." And she was able to complete and submit the fingerprints successfully.I truly appreciate the time she spent helping me and not giving up or getting frustrated.Thank You for being so kind and patient Jennifer, you rock!

Staff was really helpful and stayed a bit after closing to help me send out my packages, which was very nice of them. Queenie, Enrique, and Rochel (I think thats how he spells his name, he was the driver, who also waited to get my boxes on the truck). Great staff!

The other ups location will take your usps package but this location doesnt. Just be mindful.

I may not understand with a pre-paid electronic return label, I cannot return the product in UPS store, either pay another 3 dollars for print a label or go back home print label by myself

I would leave no stars if possible. These people lost may mail for several months and then the owner tried to blame it on me and was so rude to me when I was just trying to find my mail. They told me SEVERAL times when getting my mail box I did not need to fill out a change of address that they already did it. During the months of trying to find the mail I asked so many times if I need to do anything else to get the mail and they assured me, no. Then the owner gets on the phone and was was a total jerk. Blamed this all on me and rudely told me I now need to fill out the change of address form. The people in the store are nice but the operations and the owners have zero cares about customers at all.

There's a young woman who works there that's always so lively and sweet. All of the stars are for her. The (-) stars are for the young man/boy who has consistently poor customer service. Each time I've encountered him, I've had questions dismissed. I ask about recycling a box from a return I made in the store - "we don't do that." I ask about printing labels - "we don't do that." And only after a few prompts did he disclose options for printing the label and even with that, he gave some ridiculous, inflated price ($15) for how to do so. I ended up going to FedEx where they were so gracious and printed my UPS label FOR FREE. Shout out to the young woman for top tier customer services, though.

I would give this store negative star if there is an option for it. Extremely rude staff. I attached her picture here.I came to this store to return an Amazon package. Even though they have a paper bin, she refused to let me put paper there. The ironic thing is the bin is full of paper, so I dont know why she chooses people to target? I then asked reasonably to speak with the store manager but she told me there is no manager and refuse to give her name, and acted all entitled.This person is not suitable for customer service, and if you were to retain her, better to put her on a course to understand what is proper customer service, before she turns all your customers away.

Everyone greets you as you walk in and is super friendly, but there's one particular worker who is rude. I don't understand how she works here if she can't be nice to people.
