Angel Harry at USPS - Total Lifesaver!
What I Expected:
Walked in dreading the usual passport nightmare - appointments booked out 6 weeks, tons of paperwork, multiple trips. You know the drill.
What Actually Happened
Angel Harry sees me looking lost and asks what I need. When I say “passport appointment,” he goes “We can do it right now - it’s pretty quiet today.” Wait, what? This never happens.
The Plot Twist
Rush home, grab documents, realize I’m missing one thing. I’m thinking great, another trip. But Angel just says “Can you call someone at home for that info?” Problem solved in 2 minutes.
The Result
My wife and I were honestly shocked. Went from dreading months of bureaucratic hell to walking out with our baby’s passport application done. Same day. Zero drama.
Bottom Line
I don’t usually write reviews that much but this guy made what’s normally a huge pain so easy. He actually cares about helping people instead of just going through the motions. If Angel’s working when you go, you’re golden.
Seriously made my whole week!

Jia wui was so rude today I went in for my aunt to get fingerprinted and she said I needed the fbi id when I already had it and she didn’t wanted to help at all and she just said I needed the id and I was like I already have it and she didn’t wanted to help and I told her I ain’t moving her until you help me and she said I know what I’m doing I’m well trained can you move The Internet here is so slow just step on the side so I can help the next person in line and she didn’t want to help me at all so what I did was that I moved and another lady ended up helping me and I ended up getting the fingerprints for my aunt JIA WUI SHOULD NOT EVEN WORK THERE IF SHE IS GOING TO HAVE AND Attitude with me and other people that where there also she was yelling and saying omg

My experience at this USPS location was very pleasant.
The representative who helped me was Harry. He was professional, thorough, and — most importantly — very friendly. He provided excellent service and even let me know that he would assist with the passport line whenever there were no customers in the mail line.
Thanks to Harry, I didn’t have to wait long, even though I didn’t have an appointment.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Harry for his incredible help with our daughter's passport application. He went above and beyond staying past closing time to help us with a walk-in appointment and guiding us through the entire process. When the passport office mishandled my daughter’s application and I had to submit a DS-64 form, Harry personally ensured it was sent to the passport office via priority mail at no cost. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re truly grateful for his support and outstanding service

The Eastridge Post Office is conveniently located inside Eastridge Mall, making it a great option for those who need to mail packages or handle postal services after work. The staff is generally friendly, and the facility is clean and well-kept. It’s a nice place to visit if you're nearby or already at the mall, and it stays open until 7 PM, which is convenient for people with busy schedules.
However, one downside is the long wait times, especially during peak hours. At times, the lines can be quite long, and you may find yourself waiting for a while to be seen. This is particularly noticeable when applying for passports, as they have limited spots available each day. I've experienced delays in service, and it’s something to keep in mind when planning your visit. Overall, it's a decent post office but be prepared for wait times.

I went there a few times for passport services. 2nd times they were short 2-3 staffs. I arrived there around 8:30 a.m. and there was about four to five people ahead of me. I was told that people came in at 5:00 a.m. just to get a spot. I waited till 11:00 a.m. only to be told that the number of walk ins has been reached I believe 4-5 customer. It was not the postal Service fault. The passport guy seemed genuine and sincere. I highly suggest to go to the Morgan Hill postal service office. I came here at 7:00 a.m. and now it is 8:30 a.m. and no one is here waiting in line except for me for the walk-in passport services. It's about 25 minutes away from Eastridge Mall. But it's worth the drive and wait. Get an appointment online to add offices is a huge setback. You can spend hours looking for times and date where to find out that it is unavailable. They should make a waiting list at least 3 months in advance instead of just one month. UPDATES
SO I FOUND OUT OVER HERE AT THE MORGAN HILL POSTAL SERVICES OFFICE THAT YOU HAVE TO BE HERE TUESDAY, THURSDAY, OR SATURDAY AT 6:00 A.M. TO GET A TICKET AND COME BACK THE SAME DAY AT 9:00 A.M. FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

It’s upsetting to find that there is a horrible system in place for passports. Why isn’t there some to take in appointments and then another for walk ins? There’s only a 3hr time slot for walk ins…

I left my sharpie at home. I asked one of the workers here if we can borrow the sharpie that I saw. She said we could not use it. I just needed it for 15 seconds.

Harry was awesome in helping us with our passport application. He made the whole process super quick and easy, and was so patient with us the entire time. He really took the time to help us out, and we can’t thank him enough. Honestly, this guy deserves a raise and a big bonus for going above and beyond! He made our experience with usps better
