Alfonso, helped me solve several problems that I had with my phone and also with the other phone lines that I have with Verizon. He is a young man who is very patient and knows a lot about technology and speaks Spanish and English. He gave us very good service.

Terrible customer service. Bought a screen protector for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Worker sold me a screen protector and told me it was life time warranty and that anytime it breaks go to any Verizon and they'll replace it for free. Only problem is that I've went to other Verizon stores and none of them honor the lifetime warranty so I have to go back to eastridge. But even at eastridge, only the employee that sold me the screen protector honors the lifetime warranty.

Verizon engages in dishonest advertising practices. They say you get "Unlimited plan", but when you use over 50GB, they slow you speeds down to DSL level. You have to upgrade to pay 20 dollars more per month. Verizon's Unlimited plan is an unlimited lie.

This is the one of the best Verizon retailer store in Bay Area. I had gone to this store just few minutes before closing on a Saturday night and with so many concerns/issues that needed to be addressed as I was moving from 1) a different career 2) needed a new phone 3)a new wifi connection etc. Jonathan(Jon) was the representative who had helped to resolve all of the issues and made sure my experience with verizon was amazing. A BIG SHOUTOUT TO HIM for showing exceptional customer service and outstanding effort to go above and beyond to help me (he actually stayed like an extra hour even after his shift got over )!! I would absolutely recommend this store for any Verizon related issues (if you guys ever have one?)

The store manager, Ivan, was tremendous help. I needed assistance with adding internet to my new business. Ivan has outstanding customer service, and patiently waited for me while I put him on hold to help a customer out at my business. He was able to quickly assist me over the phone and provide me with the best deals. 10/10 recommend Verizon for their top notch service!

**5 stars for Seth!!** Seth's patience and kindness towards his customers goes unmatched. He was beyond patient and took his time explaining/writing out all our plan options. Seth's vast knowledge of all plans was valuable in making the process efficient. He was clear and concise - not to mention he applied any discount available to make our bill low. Seth found the best family plan to fit my family needs and was accurate in calculating the new bill. Not only was Seth outstanding in the store, he also follows up with his customers to ensure their needs are fully met/satisfied. He called to follow up twice making sure everything went smooth for ALL phone lines. He goes above and beyond to assist his customers. We were having issues logging into our bundle account in store and at home, Seth had great technical skills in troubleshooting the issue and followed up to offer a step by step solution. Seth's level of commitment and patience makes him dedicated to providing GREAT customer service. I highly recommend asking for Seth for all your needs!

Fantastic service! Henrry was able to untangle the complex problem I was having that even the on-line techs at Verizon could not. He knew what to do and fixed my login issues and connected my new Apple watch in one sitting. I Highly recommend this location. I will be back when it's time to upgrade my device.Thank You Henrry!
