I want to give a shout out to Jeoni he was so patient, knowledgeable,, kind, and made sure that all our needs were met, getting three new cell phones. He made it fast and easy. It was the best experience we have ever had at a Verizon store! Such a delight as a representative at Verizon!

Verizon doesn't deserve a rating. Severe lack of customer service or access to account on website. No contact valid phone number, No human, endless transfers to a robot.. Want to pay bill, can't log on to pay online. Sat an hour repeated phone calls for an virtual "idiot".
You want my payment ,call me.. I been one of your first customers . I guess I have to find another provider that is competent.

I am honestly AMAZED how bad the service is at this location. I have had to go into the store on three separate occasions, and no one seems to know what they are doing each time. They are always lying about something. On my last visit, the guy helping us said he couldn't get into my account unless my husband came. The visit before this was not an issue. I asked him if he could please ask the manager if there was anything else we could do. I was already missing work, and I didn't want to call my husband to miss work. He went to the back and came out, telling me he went in the back and asked the manager if he could do anything, and the manager said no. My issue with this was that the manager was in the front at the time, and I could see the manager the entire time he walked away.

Great customer service! The only complaint is they didn't have Sunday football on any of the big screens for visiting customers.

We have an ongoing problem with Verizon disconnecting an apple watch. It is not an apple problem. It is Verizon Disconnecting service without authorization. We have made multiple calls about this. This evening the Verizon employee hung up on my daughter, and I mean literally left the call, because she "couldn't wait on tech and needed to help other people." Your customer service has dropped dramatically. You have sales staff trying to solve tech problems but it is impossible to speak directly to Verizon tech support. Between my daughter and I, we have been told 6 times that a Verizon rep would call the next day and have Never received a call back. Customer service? Ha!

Manager Jose was extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service. From the moment I stepped in, I mentioned to him I was returning a device on a cancelled line. He had me wait for an associate only to tell me they don’t take devices in person when an agent over the phone had given me the option of drop off. He didn’t even try reaching out to corporate given that I was already in the store. I would rethink having him lead a team given his lack of leadership and poise.Please do not bring your business here.
