Verizon is worst carrier especially if you live in south san jose no coverage. Constantly charging for things you dont buy. Avoid like plague.

The sales team were great and very professional. My s8 plus needed a new screen, they quickly had me an appointment at 'ubreakwefix'.
I also came in to buy a phone mount for the van. Ended up buying a wireless charger/holder which I was told by the sales guy was capable of charging through my otter box. Very happy with the quality of the suction cup/ holder, wireless charging a little slow, although it was $75- .

Terrible service, entitled sales people, wouldn't help me with my issues, told me they probably couldn't get to me before closing time in 35 minutes, I tried to look at a phone, the alarm went off and it sat there screaming no one paid any attention

Verizon agents are incentivized to enroll customers in high priced services. Many will make dishonest promises to convince the customer to make a change. If the customer cannot be convinced, many agents will enroll customers in services without their knowledge or consent. Once the customer discovers the service change, if the old plan is no longer offered, the customer will be unable to go back to it. In that regard Verizon is complicit in the dishonesty of its agents.

0 star if possible. Staff is very incompetent and the manager Leah is extremely rude, condescending, & lacks proper interaction skills. How are you a manager and working in a customer service based job to speak so disgustingly to others? Insane that management keeps someone like that on their team. Such an embarrassment for this establishment. Learn to train your staff better to avoid miscommunications, but with an ill-mannered manager like Leah, it makes sense why everyone is so incompetent and miserable working here.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Amanda who is the manager and Ivan who is in sales are SO amazing. We were overcharged over $60 a month for more than 5 months and after dealing with customer service overseas for over 2 hours who promised to have a supervisor call me back which never happened, I went to the store. Oh boy am I glad I did!! Ivan went through each month statements with me and we found the charges. Then Amanda got on the phone with customer service and we got the bill fixed and credits for all the overcharged months. I highly recommend this shop.

I had to be on the phone with Verizon for over 30 min to fix what one of the employees at this store did to my account without authorization.My father went in to pay the bill and told the guy don't change anything until I speak to my daughter.Well the guy dropped our plans to hardly any coverage and took away services.Horrible customer service.!!!!

Terrible service, walked in at 2:30 pm to quickly buy a phone. Was told they cannot serve me because they have an appointment at 3pm. Two workers just sitting there chatting with each other.

DO NOT GO HERE. The employees unable to communicate very well. Waited a half hour just to be told they were out of iphone 15's. We told the greeter we needed new phones as soon as we walked in. If they were out it would have been nice to tell us a half hour ago!! He never asked which phone we were interested in. This place is like a car dealership and that's not a good thing. Plus the 3 out of 5 employees were just standing around chit chatting. BUY ONLINE or call Verizon, do not waste your time at any Verizon store. Also the greeting person talked super low and mumbled. Not a good thing for customer service type job. Get it together Verizon!

Excellent customer service.Ivan and Amar were so patient with me.Also, Tony, was super helpful over the phone.They fixed two of my lines and we're working on the third one.

Oscar and the visiting Google contractor Tommy were very helpful. They helped me copy my data and apps from my very old Pixel to a new Pixel 8, and helped to get it activated and working right in the store. It took a while, but this was much better than trying to order online and do it myself.
