  The worst customer service and advisors. We shut down advisors years ago, they lie.
  Now general banking checking, savings etc, which we've been slowly shutting down, is the toilet. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I sat and waited for an hour and did not get served.

  Need to specify that notaries can only do specific documents, only for card holders and not there spouses, and cannot be witnesses. Wasted a ton of my day to learn majority of what needed to be done could not be. I wish I would have known this prior and I would have not booked an appointment
