Went to this location to conduct a transaction on a Monday afternoon. The line was long, but it moves fairly quickly. Strike #1: When I got to the teller, she seemed disinterested in helping me with no facial expression. Rather, she looked like she didn't want to be there. I proceeded to tell the teller that i needed to withdraw some funds from a particular account. She then said, " What about it?" Really? Is that how you respond to a customer? I thought to myself, maybe she was having a bad day. Give her break. Strike #2: So I told her again that I needed to make a withdraw from a particular account. I then gave her my ID and my bank card for verification. So, she proceeded to process my request, which took some time. Out of the curiosity, I asked her if she was done with my ID. She said, "I don't know." ?? At this point, her demeanor the her attitude was becoming unacceptable. But as the nice person I was, I gave her another break. Strike #3: After she finished with my transaction, rather than saying thank you, she simply threw my ID back at me through the teller tunnel. At this point, I was livid. I have never been treated like some garbage. I later reported the rude interaction with an acting manager. He promised he would file a complaint. At this point, I will no longer recommend anyone to patronize this location. And I will certainly contact the district manager about my unsatisfactory interaction/experience at the branch.

Super slowwwww service. They move like snails here. There could be 1 person ahead of you and you still have to wait a long time. I completely DREAD going inside and avoid it like a plague.

The service is terrible, the manager and assistant managers are rude they make you feel that you are a bagger for service, every time I go I regret it. I rather drive farther to Yerba Buena branch where I get excellent service and treat well!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REGARDLESS OF HOW SOON YOU NEED THE APPOINTMENT#1 When my mom came, he claimed that the appointment was to open a personal account, not a business account. But when my mom scheduled an appointment online, they didn't ask if she wanted a personal or business account.#2 The employee suggested that my mom changes her last name in ALL her documents, and claims that she will have a problem in other banks. Not helpful, and he just comes for the check. She went to chase and received a better service, without needing to change the last name or anything.

We are really big fans of this stellar bank. The Staff are top knotch. Recently had a transaction and Patty H assisted me. She is cordial, smart and elegant. A delight to work with. Her staff is also very accommodating and professional. Several neighbors bank here - and have raved for a very long time - for good reason. Also - a Super location. Easy parking. Huge, clean attractive bank with friendly, smart staff.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for more than 20 years. I walked into this branch to make an in-person wire transfer, since the amount was over the online wire transfer limit. The teller said that she can put me on a wait list since I didnt have an appointment. When I asked, she said it can take 20-30mins before a banker could see me. That was at 3:30pm today(10/24/22). At ~4pm someone (banker I guess) approached me and told me that they cannot help me today. The fact that I had to make the time-sensitive wire today was absolutely no concern to him(he couldn't care less) - he actually blamed the teller for putting me on a wait list. This banker needs some training in customer service. I went to the WF branch a mile away. Luckily, they took me in and I was done in ~10mins. They actually knew how to treat a customer.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS.

Now I came to know that this location going to close Saturday starting on 7/30Since Covid started they minimize hours before it was 9 to 6 now 9 to 4 pm if some one working 8 to.4.30 how he will make to bank in case an emergency he has to use Locker box to get his passport or other stuffFrom this bank this is bad decision since around this area only limited bank opened on Saturday,Now situation will be big line on Saturday like Black Friday sale at Wells Fargo on Saturday

Trying to open a business account and was introduced to a branch manager named Cris; Took me down to the other end of the counter and not even greeting, nor smiling. If you're not happy at work, stay home. Cris told me that I needed my biz partner to be there to open the account and that I needed to make an appointment to open a business account anyway and no one could help me that day anyway. Apparently, this guy was not happy with something and did not want to work that day. Terrible experience! Went to Bank Of America on Capitol Expressway and got a total different experience, got greeted at the door, then showed to a specialist who's gonna to take care of my account. Nicely, she showed me what I needed to prepare and gave me her direct line number to make the appointment when everything is ready. I felt that they wanted my business by offering the warm welcome and the necessary help to open the account. In conclusion, I have never been impressed with Wells Fargo Customer Service since the day I tried to open a mortgage line of credit years ago. Everything seem so difficult and takes forever to be done. Lots of rules and limitations. This is just another bad experience that confirms that WF is the worst bank in the area while you have Chase, BOA, etc around the corner.
