I am pretty satisfied with the service here. The line moves on quick. Teller Rafael is very patient and helpful. I am grateful that we have this branch here and it opens for Saturday morning.

The people who sit at their desk are lazy and doing nothing. They are always refuse to help even they have no customers and say you have to make appointment.

It was so bad experience, I waited for a chq deposit for over 40 minutes, seems the stuff doesn't have any experience and any transactions takes forever, the manager was just looking at the stuff and look at the customer without doing anything, that was the worst branch I ever visited
