My review was based on the 2 visits at this branch (weekday and Saturday). The staff there were very friendly and efficient . They proactively ask customers in line what their needs are and see how to accelerate their service to avoid long wait time.

As usual staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. Had three people in line ahead of me, but, wait was less than 5 minutes.
