Jamal did such an excellent job! I have a mobile plan with Xfinity, and went in to find out if I can get a new phone, and within half an hour I walked out with a new phone, fully set up, fast and seamless! Very happy!

Bought a new iphone got a trade in deal, the sales Rep Eddie Marsh was extremely helpful, accomodating, and hospitable. Will be using Xfinity mobile and internet for the rest of my life if it means I can work with him, extremely helpful and professional. He managed my transfer amazingly and had me cracking up the whole time. 10/10 will get my new phone here again, if only just to come back and hang out with Eddie some more! Eddie Marsh rules

My recent visit to the Xfinity store on Saratoga Ave exceeded my expectations thanks to their exceptional customer service. Despite a busy atmosphere, their efficient check-in system ensured a smooth start. Eddie Marsh was incredibly friendly and efficient in processing my equipment return. He was friendly and helpful in finding me a plan that suits my current needs. Eddie's professionalism and demeanor made my experience a pleasure. If you're looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend seeking out Eddie at this location! I sincerely hope more businesses would employ individuals as dedicated and customer-focused as Eddie – it would transform the consumer experience!

The employee was very helpful, and fortunately there was no line on late Sun afternoon. Xfinity online gets one star due forging me to go to a store to downgrade my service.

The guy at palo alto locatuon asked me 5 personal questions are u single? How old are u? Any kids? Instead of help me and been profesional ..I felt not safe to shate my info with him.. I drive 45 min to a far locatiin to get what I needed it..wich wad to cancel xfinity internent

Highly recommend not use that store & that manager Fabian Martinez, that person rude & unprofessional, highly recommend don’t use that company & that store because that company overcharge my cc without any reason twice overcharged per month more than year, without any customer sign, only because have my cc on file!!! That unbelievable scam! Will report on BBB see you on small claims court! Fabian Martinez said we don’t provide any refund because we already charged!!! That crazy customer service

I just needed to pick up my online order of a xFi gateway today but there was
one specific “specialist” kept reiterating I had to go through the whole process again with him, making claims that online orders are “usually fked up” without any proof of evidence.
When I tried to approach him to clarify my situation, he started to calling me being disrespectful to other customers while still trying to make things unnecessarily complicated.
Eventually Mariana stepped in and fetched my ordered equipment within 1 minute.
Overall it was a bad experience but I would give 10/10 to Mariana.

This review should be 0 or - star. A guy identified himself as the store manager. His attitude was very bad, he refused to help us to resolve a brand new Xfinity phone issues ( moto 5g, we got from the store a few days earlier ) on 6/12/24. He claimed their employees are not supposed to help customers to resolve issues like we had, we are supposed to call Xfinity “customer service” for help. We are very happy to get out of Xfinity mobile plan.

We’re moving. I needed the transfer service and also cancel service. We scheduled an appointment and arrived near our 30 min window. We were promptly checked in and Edgar helped us through the process. It was relatively quick and painless. He helped us with both tasks professionally and asked if we were interested in some mobile promotions as well. Still need to go home and reactivate the modem but so far so good. There was some great 5 star service provided ;).
