Body Shops in San Juan Capistrano, CA

“The absolute BEST body shop in Orange County. After getting hit by another vehicle, CARSTAR made my vehicle brand new. They even beat the other body shop's quotes, saving me thousands of dollars.

I HIGHLY recommend Damian and his shop of experts. Not only was the quality and pricing great, but the service and the attention to detail were impeccable. Thanks again.”

“I am beyond grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me by the whole team at Coastline Collision Center. It was my first time here today—as soon as I arrived, I was greeted right away by Nestor who came out and looked at my car.

Nestor gave me honest feedback and recommendations and took my car out back to fix the problem on the spot. He was very reassuring and kind—He essentially transformed my whole experience from something that could have been stressful to a happy and quick resolution.

I was extremely impressed by the congeniality and outstanding customer service by Michael, the manager at Coastline. He’s attentive, upbeat, and a great communicator. He’s the first one I spoke with when I called earlier in the day.

The Tech who worked on my car, Sermin, was extremely skilled at fixing the paint, reflector, and scrapes from a collision I narrowly avoided yesterday from someone crossing illegally over three lanes on a surface street going perpendicular to the flow of traffic. The before and after that Sermin was able to achieve was remarkable. This guy is an artist: I was in and out of there in under an hour!!!

I will be highly recommending Coastline Collision Center to everyone I know.”

“Our experience at Caliber Collision in San Juan Capistrano could not have gone smoother. GM Brian was fantastic to work with. The price was fair and the car was finished without delay. Trevor, the service advisor, went above and beyond expectations as he and his team addressed and fixed issues not only what was quoted but unseen problems as well. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Caliber Collision!”

“My mother took my father’s wheelchair van to Advanced Auto Refinishing today because some of the siding was coming off. Arthur who works there couldn’t have been nicer. He knew my mom needed the van back right away so he allowed her to wait while they instantly screwed and reattached the part that was coming off of the van. The job was done quickly and competently and he was nice and didn’t even charge my mother for the repair. It’s rare that you find someone so professional and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone Thank you Arthur”

“I have been coming here for over 20 years. I always get great work and great customer service. This is the only place I would recommend in OC for any paint/ body work. Thank you, Tom and Ross for all the great work.”

“Kevin was terrific and went above and beyond to make sure my model 3 was repaired thoroughly and spotless upon pick up. It looks like new again and I’m super satisfied!”
