“My mother took my father’s wheelchair van to Advanced Auto Refinishing today because some of the siding was coming off. Arthur who works there couldn’t have been nicer. He knew my mom needed the van back right away so he allowed her to wait while they instantly screwed and reattached the part that was coming off of the van. She was kind and understanding and explained to me that the tires were too low for the self-serve pump. She filled my tires to the correct PSI and put new caps on the valve stems. “After the BMW in Irvine offered to replace our front shocks for 4 1/2 thousand dollars we went looking for a more reasonable price. Turns out we needed front and rear shocks and some work on the connecting bars in the suspension in order to address the issue, a knocking sound which we took it into the BMW place for repair. We got all the work done for the same price BMW wanted it for just the front shocks, Which wouldn’t have ended up, solving our knocking noise problem anyway.
It last a good place to take our BMW too that won’t rip us off and that will solve the problem. Thank you.”
