“After the BMW in Irvine offered to replace our front shocks for 4 1/2 thousand dollars we went looking for a more reasonable price. Turns out we needed front and rear shocks and some work on the connecting bars in the suspension in order to address the issue, a knocking sound which we took it into the BMW place for repair. We got all the work done for the same price BMW wanted it for just the front shocks, Which wouldn’t have ended up, solving our knocking noise problem anyway.
It last a good place to take our BMW too that won’t rip us off and that will solve the problem. Thank you.”

The Tech who worked on my car, Sermin, was extremely skilled at fixing the paint, reflector, and scrapes from a collision I narrowly avoided yesterday from someone crossing illegally over three lanes on a surface street going perpendicular to the flow of traffic. The before and after that Sermin was able to achieve was remarkable. This guy is an artist: I was in and out of there in under an hour!!!

“I was driving a new car and did not know how to fill the tires properly. Heileen came out and asked if needed assistance. She was kind and understanding and explained to me that the tires were too low for the self-serve pump. She filled my tires to the correct PSI and put new caps on the valve stems. Apparently Costco does not accept tips. Thank you Heileen!”
