Kimberly Castilleja should get FIRED….If you hate your job just quit. Not professional, doesn’t know banking information properly. Needs to be retrained or find a different job……if I could I would give a ZERO star. No wonder she is only an ASSISTANT.

Esther, Lorraine, and Adrian for the win! No matter what my questions are or what I need to have done they are absolute rockstar's and always help me to get the information, and type of help that I need, are extremely personable and compassionate, respectful and caring. I feel so blessed and I'm so grateful to have these wonderful women working at this branch near me. They are wonderful people and they are amazing at what they do.

My boyfriend and I received a notice that chase was going to shut down our savings account and we didn’t know why so we went into this branch and were met by Esther. She couldn’t do anything herself so she had to call fraud protection. We had tried to deposit a check that had a small rip in the corner and they are telling us it’s fraud even though it was a check from a family member with the same last name as my boyfriend. They didn’t have any solutions for us besides my boyfriend and the maker of the check who lives all the way across the country would have to go into a chase bank together and figure it out. Esther also said that chase may or may not shut down our checking account too so we would have no access to any of our money but she didn’t know for sure. Like what?! That’s a big deal to just say maybe to. Thanks for nothing Esther and chase bank!

You don't want to go paper-less with Chase bank, once you do yo can never go back. It's not by accident but it's designed so. Once you get your account there, you'll be repeatedly suggested to g paperless. it works for a while but as usual yo have to keep creating new pass words and it' snot your choice, they demand yo to change. once you change often getting back online will be VERY difficult which means you'll have no access to your account information. You'll realize that yo made a mistake to change it to paperless, so you'll want to go back to paper statement but they won't let you do that so easily. In my case, it took 5 months but still didn't get anything in the mail. While i was talking to a representative, the branch manager came out to tell me she wan6ts me out of the building for yelling, but not word of explanation for the paper statement or any question to me, She doesn't know anything about what happened but what she heard from the employee. I can guarantee she'll NEVER talk to her boss about this. She's actually there to block any word from customer getting to the management level. For those of you who thinks banks listen to you, they are not there for that reason but there to get the money from you as much as possible with as little expense as possible. Go to a credit union and have account there, if you can.

Worse client brach EVER!!! Extremely unprofessional and this is a reflection of management! Whomever is branch manager needs get customer training so that he/or she can improve the quality of customer services!Attitude starts from the top! Unprofessionalism starts with branch managers to the bottom. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH and take your money elsewhere! I NEVER invest time or money in something that does not reflect my core values! There are plenty of other branches and banks.

This is hands down the worst branch I have ever been to. Since COVID many of the locations are closed and this has been the closest option so unfortunately I have had to do business here. After MULTIPLE unprofessional experiences I feel compelled to leave a review that the customer service is so terrible I am actually considering leaving the Chase Banking brand entirely. I have both personal and business accounts and lines of credit with this bank so the hassle alone has kept me up until this point but the lack of professionalism ranging from the branch manager down to the teller staff is so poor that I am willing to deal with the big hassle and make the change. I am sure Chase will be losing a number of clients after exposing them to the customer service at this branch location.

Gary was excellent! By far the best branch manager and overall chase experience I've had. Jocelyn was a great teller.

I have asthma and told the employee that I shouldn't be wearing a face covering. I politely asked if there was anyway they could accommodate me as I was just trying to cash a check. I was told there is nothing they can do for me and that I need leave.
