“This has the only person who can draw my blood with one stick. I am 75 and drive on the crazy freeway just to have her do it. The hospitals, labs and every other places that try, leave me bruised up and down both arms.”

“I visited the clinic in order to pass a work physical, and was treated with very professional and personal care by Dr. Wu. He has great warmth and patient insight. I received a thorough exam, no waiting, yet quick enough to accommodate my crazy hiring schedule. This is a multi-service medical facility, with amazing nurses and staff.”

“This location is not as long wait as other locations but have weird lunchtime, 11-12. Edgar did draw my blood few times, he is very gentle and I don’t get bruised , like other places.”

“Honestly the main downside is the wait, which really isn't their fault due to the amount of walk-ins they receive. It looks like a stressful job to organize so many people at the same time and I can see they're trying their best with what they got. Once you're done waiting, it's quick and easy (depending on what you're getting done).”

“Amazingly all the staffs that draw blood for the tests are pretty good. One of them is Jennifer and I don't even know when Jennifer stick the needle to my arms to draw blood. Thank you dear ALL.”

“Oh my goodness! We walked in this morning without an appointment and the front desk were so welcoming! My daughter had to have a lot of blood drawn and Kareem was amazing and funny and sang songs and helped to distract her! Highly recommed this location!”

“I had the full knee replacement in this hospital on the 28th of this month. It went well... I want to commend the nursing staff for being so kind and caring. Upon arrival I let them know a was a baby and the nurse said don't worry you will be fine! Someone fro the nursing staff was always in the room with me which for me was very comforting...I also have a very caring doctor who checked on me 3 times after surgery...the only issue I had was being booted out the same of the surgery....Denise Payne”

“I came on Thursday, 3/21. This was my first visit to this location. It a smaller location, but I was pleased with the experience. I had an appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes early and checked in. There was plenty of seating and only two other people waiting. I was taken in at my exact appointment time. Tony was friendly and efficient and made it a pleasant experience. I would definitely come here again.”

“I had an exceptional experience at this quest location. The phlebotomy skills of both women were truly impressive, and they are very professional and highly skilled. The facility is clean, one of the best blood draw experiences I think I've had. I highly recommend this place. I was in and out. Only waited five minutes with an appointment.”

“I must say, my experience at Quest Diagnostics was both thrilling and disconcerting. I barely had time to catch up on my email before my name was called, almost as if they were reading my mind! But let me tell you, Ashley was a whirlwind of efficiency. She managed to be professional, polite, and engaging all at once, typing away like she was on a mission to break a world record for words per minute. Before I knew it, she'd found my vein with the precision of a seasoned treasure hunter and before I could even contemplate the meaning of life, the whole blood-taking extravaganza was over! And here's the kicker - not only did she make sure I didn't faint, but we also managed to squeeze in a discussion about potential new neighborhoods and the intricacies of family dynamics. Who knew a blood draw could be so enlightening? So, if you ever find yourself in need of a bloodletting session (or just a good chat), do yourself a favor and ask for Ashley at the San Clemente Quest Diagnostics. She's a gem among phlebotomists, and if I ever have the chance to schedule directly with her again, you can bet I'll be there faster than you can say "hemoglobin."”

“I never really have issues at this location as long as I book the appointment online ahead of time. I found the morning is the best time. Even late morning can have a wait even if you have an appointment. The wait even with appointment has not exceeded 20 minutes past my appointment time though. You can check-in on your phone when you arrive. It's not the most welcoming of offices, but the staff is nice and I'm always out pretty quickly. There are rows of chairs in the waiting room and 2-3 check-in tablets. There is no receptionist now, so good luck if you have questions. I usually have straight forward appointments with my insurance and doctor orders on hand. Just be prepared and you'll be fine! I have tiny veins so I let them know which arm has the best luck and that I need a butterfly needle. It really helps to speed things up when you know your needs. This office is so much better than other quest offices I've been to.”

“Thank you Veronica for going the extra mile both Saturday and Monday! I appreciate your professional attitude in handling clients. I wish quest had a person up front there are so many questions and people don't know how to use the check in kiosk. It's a lot for the phlebotomist to do their job and a receptionist job.”

“We have been doing Life Line Screening for several years because early detection is always a good thing. Preventive health screenings are something I sincerely believe in and this company puts emphasis on screening to identify risk factors that can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis, and other serious illnesses. Early detection is important when identifing these conditions and their risk for developing chronic conditions before symptoms are present. The tests that are administered on-site are non-invasive screenings that involve blood pressure cufffs, stick-ons for EKG, sonagram wands for artery scans and bone density and of course questions and answers. The whole process is usually completed with twenty to thirty minutes and stay fully clothed :-) How does that old joke go? Guy goes to the doctor and they have him get undressed & put on a gown & wait on a bench. Another guy waiting says: "I'm just here for a sore throat, I winder why I had to undress. First guy: "You think you're curious, I'm just here to pay a bill". lol So back to Life Screen, the whole process starts on the phone where they asks general medical questions and get some personal history and you pay in advance. They make an appointment, you get an email, then you receive a check-in phone call a day or two prior to your appointment. Then you just show up for the exams at your appointmented time and that's it. You get your results in 2-3 weeks and they can be provided to your PCP as well. There's no insurance coverage for the on-site service that this company provides and while you might think that your primary care physician could do these tests for you that might not be so easy. I might recommend that you see your primary care doc for blood work, colonoscopy or p*** in a box, etc. as the Life Screen intake person will ask you if you'd like them to arrange that for you but that could be an insurance problem. It's always a good idea to go with the resources that you've already got in place for those kinds of additional tests. Bottom line: carotid scans, cardiovascular & peripheral & aortic scans as well as bone density scans can be a good method to detect coronary disease, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis or risk factors for stroke so I recommend these folks for good prevention measures”

“This place is great, I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews but the team is amazing, help with check in and timing was great, they are fast in process so even without appointment I was in and out in 10 min. “I use a walker. It's very difficult to get around. After a major mistake at WesPac Labs in S. J. C. I rushed to take a chance at Quest in Dana Point. !! I was desperate for my lab work!! Otherwise it would take months to reschedule my doctors. The staff was totally booked for the day! Ugh. I decided to take a chance and waited. I fasted from 9pm to approximately 2 ish. The young girls were great. Professional, personable, really lovely. They never stopped!! What a full day for them. They showed patients how to sign in, drew blood, took urine samples all the while being so positive!! I can't say enough good things about this lab and the personnel who staff it. Thank you. Quest!!!”
