“This has the only person who can draw my blood with one stick. I am 75 and drive on the crazy freeway just to have her do it. The hospitals, labs and every other places that try, leave me bruised up and down both arms.”

“The visit was well. Front staff is fairly decent at helping people. One front staff lady is petty though and kind of really is true what others have reviewed this place. Overall, visit was well and I was there for about 45 minutes for something simple.”

“As always, I appreciate the quick process of checking in through their kiosks. I made an appointment online so my wait was only a few minutes. Tiffany, my phlebotomist, was friendly and professional- answered my questions. She was highly skilled - found a vein immediately and barely felt the poke.”

““I used to go to the San Clemente office, but my experiences there were not very pleasant. I’ve since switched to the Mission Viejo office, and this visit was a great experience”

“Patient service was excellent at the Aliso Viejo location. However, I am no longer receiving auto text message reminders of the appointment date nor sign in text messages. I very much appreciated these features. What happened?”

“Quick, professional, streamlined and effecient. Best to make an appointment which can be easily made on their website that are 10-15 min apart. Self check-in at a kiosk was super simple and easy and was called within 5 min. ! Was out within 10. The lab techs (Jennifer was outstanding!) are professional, courteous and know what they are doing. The facility was very clean. If you are a walk-in, you will have to wait after the appts finish, the lobby was full and a couple people were there before and still waiting when I left because of no appt...just a side note.”

“Chanel was great. She is very professional. She found the vein put the needle in. I did not even feel it great job. And the software is terrific as soon as I walked in my phone lit up I pressed one button and automatically check me in.”

“I had a short wait beyond my appointment time, but not longer than most doctor's offices. At other times, if I arrive early and they're available, they will take me right away. The Phlebotomist was friendly and very skilled. The facilities were clean. The Laguna Niguel office is now my go-to for lab work. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.”

“I am grateful for Benadict who works at this location as I try to make my appts. so I can get him! This guy is absolutely the very BEST. He is outstanding in not hurting me with my very small veins. Outstanding personality always welcoming and so very nice. I feel he is so much like the Doctor because he is so very smart about everything he knows! I always feel blessed when Benadict is there to help me! Amazing I really like when you have such experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated help at this facility! He should be commended for all that he gives to this place!”

“Actually really good. Did a walk in appointment in about 15 minutes total. ~8:30am on a Monday. Really easy and everyone was very polite. Best kept secret of LabCorp locations...?”

“I went there as a walk-in after waiting for almost an hour in Quest with horrible customer service and the place was a completely different experience. The ladies who work there were actually smiling, called me in less than 10 minutes and I was out in 18 minutes total! The shot didn't even hurt, and my doctor had the results the same day. Best place ever!”

“I had a really good experience at LabCorp. I walked in without an appointment because I didn’t have time, and they still took care of me pretty quickly. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the blood draw was fast and easy. Overall, great service and I really appreciate how efficient they were.”

“We have been doing Life Line Screening for several years because early detection is always a good thing. Preventive health screenings are something I sincerely believe in and this company puts emphasis on screening to identify risk factors that can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis, and other serious illnesses. Early detection is important when identifing these conditions and their risk for developing chronic conditions before symptoms are present. The tests that are administered on-site are non-invasive screenings that involve blood pressure cufffs, stick-ons for EKG, sonagram wands for artery scans and bone density and of course questions and answers. The whole process is usually completed with twenty to thirty minutes and stay fully clothed :-) How does that old joke go? Guy goes to the doctor and they have him get undressed & put on a gown & wait on a bench. Another guy waiting says: "I'm just here for a sore throat, I winder why I had to undress. First guy: "You think you're curious, I'm just here to pay a bill". lol So back to Life Screen, the whole process starts on the phone where they asks general medical questions and get some personal history and you pay in advance. They make an appointment, you get an email, then you receive a check-in phone call a day or two prior to your appointment. Then you just show up for the exams at your appointmented time and that's it. You get your results in 2-3 weeks and they can be provided to your PCP as well. There's no insurance coverage for the on-site service that this company provides and while you might think that your primary care physician could do these tests for you that might not be so easy. I might recommend that you see your primary care doc for blood work, colonoscopy or p*** in a box, etc. as the Life Screen intake person will ask you if you'd like them to arrange that for you but that could be an insurance problem. It's always a good idea to go with the resources that you've already got in place for those kinds of additional tests. Bottom line: carotid scans, cardiovascular & peripheral & aortic scans as well as bone density scans can be a good method to detect coronary disease, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis or risk factors for stroke so I recommend these folks for good prevention measures”

“Wonderful company and customer service. They answered my questions thoroughly with fast and compassionate services during a difficult time. When I asked for an insurance appeal as I was denied coverage, they said the appeal had already been done and offered me financial assistance to help offset the cost. I would recommend Ambry to anyone who wants to get genetic testing services, they take care of everything for you.”
