“Great selection of mid to high-end running shoes for both the trail and the street. More running apparel options than your typical REI.
I would consider the store to be the anti-roadrunner store. I say that because roadrunner pushes a lot of their own in-house brand and requires you to do a proprietary foot scan so their sales people can haunt you with advice.
Instead, when I went to Fleet feet, The two employees that worked there were experienced runners and knew the products very well. In most cases, they’ve tried every shoe themselves and can speak to the pros and cons.”

“I've been going here for several years and have always been very impressed with their service and products.
Recently they made a minor mistake (nothing serious, just a minor inconvenience). The managers quickly addressed it (even prior to me even noticing) and went out of their way to correct it. This was a clear sign of a very well run store.

“This is the absolute best place to buy a paddle board. Ken and Sabina are the nicest people ever. Ken is extremely knowledgeable about everything related to paddle boards and both Ken and Sabina spent so much personalized time with us to help us find the right board. Sabina even connected me with a yoga SUP group to join! I can’t recommend this place, and Ken and Sabina enough, they’re so honest and passionate about what they do. They really care if you get the right board and take the time to understand and match you with the right choice. 5 stars all the way!”

“I’ve had exceptional customer service from Rudy Project. I have gone out of my way to leave this review by looking up where they actually are. My local Florida eye glass store carries Rudy Project and I was looking for replacement, yet prescription (digital reading/long distance), sunglasses. I usually wear Oakley. I love the Rudy Project glasses and they went above and beyond in quality control with my lenses. I wouldn’t consider any other company to make these. I’m pretty tough on glasses. No one makes indestructible sunglasses, but these are tough, light and the style is ?? This is an honorable company. My purchases have not been without issue, but Rudy Project has always bent over backwards. I don’t believe that 7 year old review, something is amiss there. You can believe mine. I don’t leave 5 star reviews and long comments unless someone has earned it.

“I took my girls here today to get them softball gloves and Kim was just AMAZING! My oldest is playing softball for the first time in the fall and Kim walked her through how to put on a glove properly, how to take care of it, how to field a ball, how to find the proper seams/throw, SO many things. Kim's very knowledgable and was incredible patient and gracious with her time. My oldest left SUPER excited to start softball. We'll definitely be back here again!”
“We came into the shop to surprise our daughter for her first surfboard. We picked up a 9'0 plank and they let our daughter choose where she wanted to place the stamps on the board. “This was so much fun! We ended up going twice in a month. Prices were reasonable. The parking is a bummer because you have to pay $15 just to park for one hour. The people that are hanging around the building were not friendly nor was the old man that passed out the life jackets. Everyone else was very knowledgable and courteous. You could go way out into the ocean on the jetskiis, there are tons of seals swimming by”

“I had a really excellent experience with this shop. I'm a relatively new bowler, and recently needed to switch from a straight bowling technique to a two-handed two finger technique. Standard bowling balls aren't great for this style, so I bit the bullet to go look for the right ball.
They pros at this shop explained what kind of ball I should start with to get acquainted with the style I wanted to learn, and then recommended the next few balls to try out once I became more comfortable.
The staff were so helpful and got me set up with a ball, drilled and sized for my hand, shoes, and a bag within 15 minutes of entering the shop. It was a great experience, and I will certainly return here for my future bowling equipment needs.”
