I would consider the store to be the anti-roadrunner store. I say that because roadrunner pushes a lot of their own in-house brand and requires you to do a proprietary foot scan so their sales people can haunt you with advice.
Instead, when I went to Fleet feet, The two employees that worked there were experienced runners and knew the products very well. In most cases, they’ve tried every shoe themselves and can speak to the pros and cons.”

“I've been going here for several years and have always been very impressed with their service and products.
Recently they made a minor mistake (nothing serious, just a minor inconvenience). The managers quickly addressed it (even prior to me even noticing) and went out of their way to correct it. This was a clear sign of a very well run store.

“Hands down the best bowling shop I've ever been to. Jeff, I think, is the owner or manager? I forgot to ask him name but that's the name on my caller ID when he called me to tell me my ball was in. Almost every other pro shop I've been to has been full of people who didn't seem like they wanted to be there, or just straight up unfriendly and aloof. Jeff and his staff the complete opposite. They seem to LOVE what they do, and I am all for it.
I ordered my ball Friday afternoon, and Jeff called me 5 minutes before noon the next day to tell me my ball was already in. The shop was BUSY on Saturday too, but he got my ball drilled and fitted relatively quickly considering how busy they were.
Everyone in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't be going to any other pro shop from now on. This is my home shop now, and I don't even bowl at LG lanes.”

Kevin helped us get on our jet skis he is rad and we loved the lady who was helping us inside they are great! They treated us like they had known us as locals so respectful and welcoming. 10/10 we are definitely coming back again and again! Jet skis were in awesome shape and worked perfectly! We saw sea lions and dolphins and had a blast!”
“I’ve had exceptional customer service from Rudy Project. I have gone out of my way to leave this review by looking up where they actually are. My local Florida eye glass store carries Rudy Project and I was looking for replacement, yet prescription (digital reading/long distance), sunglasses. I usually wear Oakley. I love the Rudy Project glasses and they went above and beyond in quality control with my lenses. I wouldn’t consider any other company to make these. I’m pretty tough on glasses. No one makes indestructible sunglasses, but these are tough, light and the style is ?? This is an honorable company. My purchases have not been without issue, but Rudy Project has always bent over backwards. I don’t believe that 7 year old review, something is amiss there. You can believe mine. I don’t leave 5 star reviews and long comments unless someone has earned it.

“Awesome experience for our 6 year old twins learning to surf with Zach and Rider! Despite never surfing before, the kids were out on the water and riding waves after about 10mins on the beach for lessons. A short walk to the surf spot from the shop. They provided wet suits and the boards. Highly recommend!”

“Hands down, Troy Lee Designs is the best brand there is. He should be in the motocross hall of fame. The man is a legend. I love this store. His motocross gear is the best gear on the market. Nothing fits me as good as the TLD SE Ultra line. I could do yoga in that. And no one on earth can better paint a helmet. I wish TLD did tattoos. ….and if the store worker doesn’t like your kid running around like a brat, then that’s because you deserve it. Kids are kids. The only thing worse is the parents who can’t keep their little monster in check. C’mon now.”
