“I went to have some simple servicing done. So i went to their retail store twice today. I noticed a nice inventory and display of Omega's, Tudor's, Breitlings, Tag Heuer's, Cartier's, and more. Now slowly, I am warming towards another luxury hotel watch purchase. A very professional gentleman named George Garanian was my point-of-contact. He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces. All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.”

“Couldn't recommend watch works any more highly after an excellent experience with Mike! He got me an amazing deal on my Hamilton watch and some great accessories and upgrades as well. Price simply couldn't be beaten, and it's a new release watch as well. He changed straps/bands two times for me and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There was a woman working there today too, and I overheard how kind she was to her customer as well. “I wouldn’t even think about buying another board anywhere else! James was incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout the purchasing process, I was STOKED when I walked out, like I got the best outcome possible. Not only did he explain the mechanics and shapes of all the boards but also the fins too! I had no idea why I would use a particular fin to yield a specific outcome but he helped me understand ALL of it. I’m glad I stopped in and walked out with two new boards to the quiver!”

“Out walking today and window shopping. My wife loves vintage rosaries and I’m always down to check out some time pieces. We came to Paradise Jewelers. The owner Rick and Mikey were there and very friendly and had lots of really nice jewelry, memorabilia of all sorts, baseball cards, Life Magazines, autographs and autographed sports merchandise, watches and, low and behold, some vintage rosaries. Thanks Mikey for taking time with us. What nice piece for her collection. Much appreciated. So, if you’re looking to buy or sell in the San Clemente area, I’d say Paradise might be where you should go first.”
“Like the other reviewer who broke his watch trying to change the battery himself, I did the same thing to my St. John watch and didn't want to mess up my other watches. I took a shoebox and went to drop it off and Mo took each of my watches and carefully noted the description and gave me a receipt with all of the details. I haven't even had this level of attention to detail with my kids in daycare. I asked about the jewelry in his store as his inventory is small, he handmade most of them and explained he uses old bench jeweler techniques.I didn't see anything that caught my eye but as I was leaving he asked me if I wanted to try on a necklace he had recently made. I was not in a hurry and it seemed to please him as he quickly brought it out. His prices are so fair! I didn't realize you could still buy precious stone jewelry at these prices. Anyways, I found him from the reviews so I thought I should post one to share my experience.”
