“The class is a high-energy workout that combines cardio, strength, and technique into one session. Ceez and Ray have provided a safe space that builds endurance, improves coordination, and tones the entire body while also being a powerful stress reliever. The rest of the staff are highly motivational and give you the right amount of push to get you pumped and going! Their hours are pretty much flexible for that early start of the morning to that last minute workout to end the day. No matter what your mood maybe you always end your session with a smile and feeling accomplished!”

I love that the classes are fun and varied, so there's something for everyone, whether you're a gym newbie or a seasoned fitness enthusiast. Power Trip Fitness has completely transformed my workout routine, and I can't recommend this studio enough!”
