Always helpful when replacing my device. And when I walk in they already know what I'm getting. Parking is hell but small shopping center so plenty of street parking without walking far. I have even had to race in there on luch or emergency and always get excellent service.”

“I have been meaning to leave a 5-star review of this business for months! I’ve visited this shop several times and they have excellent customer service, good prices for retail, and a huge selection. Marwan (I might be wrong about the spelling!), who isn’t the owner but is often the one working, has really gone the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. He even encouraged me to open and try a disposable Vape that I purchased and swapped It out immediately when one of them was defective! I’ve NEVER had a smoke shop not only encourage me to ensure a product is working, let alone allow me to exchange it on the spot. “I thought i liked this place a lot. But i realized tonight thay t's a little too pricey sometimes... it kinda depends on who's working when you visit, I think. A few weeks ago I bought a bong and got a super good deal and was very happy, and then today I bought a torch lighter and some butane and was not happy at all with the quality of the torch for how much o paid. It would have been better had I been able to see the torch in action before buying it and leaving. He said tried to turn it on and nothing so he'd like oh its dead, but didn't refill it so I could check it out. I figured it would be much more powerful then it turned out to be because it's a pretty good size but when I finally did get the fuel in it i was very suprised and disappointed. ..”

“This store sells a lot of tobacco goods it does have food and snacks but I was out of Similac enfamil and diapers for the end of the month it had none for my 9-month-year-old baby I came into the store get me a blunt wrap to smoke my problems away as we black folks like to do and this was the first time I told her about my issue and he did not try to come on to me for money to solve my problem or sexual favors instead this gentlemen allow me to give him my direct Express card and return for diapers......”

“Finally here to write a review! Clean establishment, Affordable prices, Great selection of vapes/juice, Very warm and welcoming staff. Staff was awesome with what is compatible (and what isn't) with my vape pod system. I called this place one morning looking for accessories (batteries) for my new pod system. Came out with more than I intended but completely happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend anyone smoking (cigarette, e-cig, etc.) to come here.
