“Sam and Jenny were so kind! I went in today with a very noisy home button on my iPhone that desperately needs an upgrade. Sam was so great and diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in a minute. Turns out it was a loose screw causing the home button to vibrate and make a loud buzzing sound. I was expecting it to be something awful and forever broken, but it was a simple fix for Sam. Thank you! Sam is excellent at troubleshooting all phones no matter the make or model. Jenny showed me multiple phones within my price range when I’m ready for an upgrade, which will be very soon! The team at Kemo are amazing! You’ll never get this level of service going through your cell phone carrier for repairs. I never feel like I’m being overcharged or taken advantage of here. This is the only place I go to and trust for repairing my cell phones and iPads.”

“These guys are very friendly and honest. I've stopped by here twice related to a couple iphone issues I wanted resolved (one time related to my mom's cracked iphone screen needing to be replaced and another time related to my charging port not fully functioning. Both times they fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be heading back if/when my laptop or phone need repair.”
“I came in with a messed up phone the insurance was taking long to respond Jessica such a kind lady helped me by upgrading my phone for only $50 I am an older lady she was very patient with me and even transferred my contacts one by one because my Bluetooth on other device was not working. “This guy is absolutely awesome! I do not live in this area and my phone got dunked in water. I had no way to contact my family at home. And i needed my phone to pay for my gasoline.. i contacted a bunch of phone repair places and they all wanted 160 bucks and up. This guy not only did the job for a fraction of that but he finished the job in minutes. Dude is awesome and he is definitely not greedy like that kiosk at southland mall. You definitely should avoid that place.
If the owner of phone geeks reads this i want to say thank you dude. Ypu hooked me up when everybody else was trying to get over.”

“A gentleman by the name of Andrew (as well as multiple other staff I didn’t catch the names of) helped me upgrade my phone via the trade-in offer, and honestly, this was by far my best experience at an at&t store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Service was fast, and more thorough than expected, though it’d been years since I’d been to an at&t store, so maybe that’s the norm now. Anyhow, I digress, the service was top notch, from now on, I’ll be making the ~35min drive to this specific store for my at&t needs.”
