“I am comforted knowing I’m going to Park Centre to see the vet. Everyone working at the desk is attentive, greets you, and makes sure to check you in for your appt. I have never been disappointed by their service. The tech asks the correct questions and takes his/her time getting the information. All the doctors are stellar. With our most recent “emergency” kind of situation, we were heard. The doctor suggested possibilities of care, treatments that have specifically addressed our pet’s medical situation. We are told what will happen each step of the way, and when waiting for blood work, told we could go for 30 minutes since it would take that long.
I really appreciate the attention, the absolute care, and gentle ways.”

She has handled anything and everything we’ve presented her with. “Can I just say how appreciative I am of having found this pet hospital? My dog Kyla was experiencing what I believed were respiratory issues. She was struggling to breathe for a good 10mins. I had no idea where to take her so early in the morning and a quick google search led me here. I arrived, I asked if they take walk-ins for emergencies because my dog was struggling to breathe. It is all a blur to me after this but I remember hearing the staff yell out “oxygen!” And they took her back. I was bawling my eyes out. The staff was so comforting and handled everything so graciously! The vet came out and told me Kyla experienced a reverse sneeze and that she was stable. They brought her out shortly after that and gave me information on what to do and why it happens. I learned 2 things that day: what a reverse sneeze was, and that there really are angels walking on earth. Thank you to the staff for their quick actions and providing comfort in our time of need.”
“I cannot recommend this vet office enough.
I have a 5-year-old cat and a 1-year-old French Bulldog, and the doctors and vet techs have always treated my babies with the utmost care. You can tell that each and every one of them truly loves animals. I haven’t had a single interaction with anyone there that I wouldn’t happily recommend.
My dog is even excited to go to the vet; she gets so excited that it’s honestly comical.
Unfortunately, I’ll be moving out of state next month, and I think I’ll be hard-pressed to find a clinic that compares in my new home. Thank you to everyone at the office for taking such wonderful care of my pets.”
“Staff are super kind and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care. They seem reasonable/slightly higher priced, however who wouldn't want to pay for extra care, betterment of your pet, and general well-being. I've never seen other vets in Castro Valley but can see there are plenty of choices, however this is were we feel the most comfortable for the last 3 years”

“I brought two feral cats I trapped last night, a male and a female whom I’ve been feeding for almost three months, to the East Bay SPCA Spay & Neuter Surgery Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Both surgeries went smoothly, and they are doing great!
The cost was unbelievably affordable, honestly, the best $100 I’ve ever spent. Scheduling can be a little challenging, but I’m incredibly grateful that this service is available to help community cats and make a real difference in their lives.
Everyone at the clinic was wonderful, kind, and helpful. I’m so thankful for all the work you do to help these animals. I will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend this clinic to anyone caring for feral or community cats.

“We’ve been taking our PitBull to Dr. Budde since he was 4 years old and now he’s 16 so that goes to show the great care Dr. Budde and her staff have given him over the years along with the love and care our family has. If you’ve never gone to Dr. Budde the way she expresses her opinion regarding your pet may come off as very blunt but she tells you how it is and gives you the honesty you and your pet deserve. Her prices aren’t too bad compared to others in the area, she’s very reasonable and does what’s best for your pet. There is no other vet like Dr. Budde we don’t know what we’ll do once she decides to retire(hopefully not soon), she also has great staff that are always so nice and welcoming. If your looking for a honest vet that cares for you and your pet Alta Vista is the place for you.”

“My dog got euthanized in this clinic. The vet and the staff are very kind and empathetic. They helped us with the process and gave us time for our family to stay with our dog for the very last time. They gave us hair clippings of our dog and even placed it in small bottles that can be used as key chains. They also help us arrange for the cremation and urn. Within a week, we received our beloved dog's cremains. Shout out to Dr. Singer and Kai for giving such an exceptional care and support for our family and our beloved dog!”
