“We were so happy with the kind support we got today! I didn't get the name of the woman who helped us, but it was the very end of a long day, and she was kind and calming and supportive. We found lost cat and wanted to get it checked for a microchip. We took it first to a vet close to our house. There someone vaguely waved a chip detector over part of the cat (she was still in the carrier) and said it had no chip. I had called VCA earlier in the day about how to check for a microchip, so we drove the extra miles. The woman who helped us had us take the cat out of the carrier, and she found the chip immediately Then she made calls looking for where it might be registered. Then she went out of her way to help us try to track down the owner. She was absolutely wonderful! Thank you!!”
