“We go to the San Leandro location and this place is so wonderful! We found them during the pandemic and they had problem solved outdoor service and social distancing very well and safely. Since then we have come annually for vaccines and testing which are the most affordable I've been able to find. They are always so sweet to both me and my pup. They schedule via text message which is actually very easy and convenient. Everyone who has ever helped us has been so great with my pup who can be shy at times. They always run on time and are very transparent with their services, prices, and what to expect at your appointment. We recently had a hiccup with their online pharmacy and Jess went above and beyond to help rectify it. Seriously, I was shocked by the level of customer service which you just do not see nowadays! They are the best service around with the sweetest staff and owners. Please consider them and support their important business in our area!”
