The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and cozy. Guests highlight the deep soaking tub and calm, inviting space. The service is wonderful, outstanding, extremely friendly, attentive, kind, and accommodating, with staff noted for being patient and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves delicious, excellent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool is beautiful and Spa Cerro offers perfect treatments. Small touches like the delicious Zaca Coffee amenities elevate the experience. With street parking or valet available, the property truly has everything you could want for a relaxing, comfortable retreat and an excellent experience.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I enjoyed a resort pass and I highly recommend this establishment. The food from the restaurant was delicious, the staff was kind and accommodating, plus the pool was beautiful! I am sure the rooms are equally great!. I even booked a spa treatment at Spa Cerro, which was perfect!
