“I’m in the middle of a home renovation and went to Tileco to get information on tile and help in choosing it. I worked with Macy the first time I went in and found her to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I went back again another time Macy wasn’t there but I worked with Ashley. She was amazing! Her energy was high and her efforts were huge! She put out so much to help me, even as much as putting my choices in a Google doc for my reference. I’m so impressed with the willingness to help customers in this store. There’s a positive feel here — I highly recommend people to shop here. And the tile is beautiful!! Lots of great choices! “We hired San Luis Kitchens to help us with our kitchen redo in Cambria. They were very helpful in working with us to figure out what kitchen layout and cabinets would best serve our needs. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Going through a total redo can be stressful. It is really great to work with someone who will be reliable and straight with you. I would recommend them to anyone. Lee Anna and Sarah were both great. FYI in the picture the fridge is not the forever fridge. Subzeros take 14 months these days. Just didn't want anyone to think they had intentionally designed cabinetry that wasn't precise. It will be just right once the new fridge finally arrives. Second picture is a before shot.”

“We were the first customers for a new line at ProSource: Custom Closets. As this was a new vendor for them, there were some hiccups along the way. They were very upfront about this, and we were patient with the delivery delays and installation requirements. But you know what reassures a customer that a business is legit? That they are transparent, and they go to some extra lengths after the sale to be sure we are happy. And we are! They chose a good vendor that uses a computer interface to create the closet design based on measurements that the ProSource sales person took at our home. The quality is amazing. They set us up with a good installer who did good work for a reasonable price. You will find them to be reasonable and they will listen to the customer.”
“Stopped in here on a HOT Labor Day. We're huge WS fans and stopped in DT SLO during our trip from Cambria back to Orange County. The place for cool, had iced lemon water and even restrooms (which is a HOT commodity in DT SLO) We found some stuff we likely buy online (because we didn't want to haul it back to our vehicle several blocks away. Great place!”
