“Lee Anna and Sarah are the best at what they do. I have used them on four different projects over the years, and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. (and I’ve been accused of being a perfectionist). On my latest project, I will confess that I checked out a local “box store” with very nice cabinet displays. My budget was very tight, and their prices were a little bit less than San Luis Kitchen Co. However, when I factored in the total usable space I would get, San Luis Kitchen Company was actually less expensive! “We were the first customers for a new line at ProSource: Custom Closets. As this was a new vendor for them, there were some hiccups along the way. They were very upfront about this, and we were patient with the delivery delays and installation requirements. But you know what reassures a customer that a business is legit? That they are transparent, and they go to some extra lengths after the sale to be sure we are happy. And we are! They chose a good vendor that uses a computer interface to create the closet design based on measurements that the ProSource sales person took at our home. The quality is amazing. They set us up with a good installer who did good work for a reasonable price. You will find them to be reasonable and they will listen to the customer.”

“I want to commend the Williams-Sonoma store in SLO for such excellent customer service. My Breville Oracle died two days ago after 16 years of service. Clearly the landscape has changed a lot since I bought my original Oracle so I wanted to actually touch and feel what my options were.

I first went in after doing my online research (including the NYT Wirecutter recommendations and America's Test Kitchen) and felt I would be best served with a Breville Barista Touch. I went to my local Williams-Sonoma and checked out the options including other Breville machines and competitors options, which is something Amazon or Walmart just can't offer to you.

I bought the Breville Barista and when I got home and started to set it up, I knew quickly it was a major step down from my prior experiences with the Breville Oracle. I took the machine back the next day and worked with Courtney, one of the many positive sales associates, and we tested probably five different machines, some which were in stock and some that would have to be shipped to me.

I settled on the Oracle Jet Espresso Machine and brought it home. The set up was smooth except for one thing, the machine was not drawing water from the tank, which limits the functionality of the machine ;-). So I called Courtney and she suggested I bring it back and we would try to triage what was wrong.

Short answer to this long tale is that there was a air lock blocking the water getting from the water tank to the boiler so once she was able to clear this air lock, the espresso machine worked like the champ that I was looking for.

This is why when you are looking for high quality tools and solutions you can not rely on the on-line retailers like Amazon and Walmart and instead need to visit your Williams-Sonoma store if what you are looking for is in the culinary arena.

I strongly recommend to my friends, family and associates Williams-Sonoma and if you are looking for something in SLO also it is worth asking for Courtney when you visit the store.”
