The installers, including one frequently mentioned, are described as amazing, skilled, and meticulous. They are very polite, professional, easy to work with, and clean. They explain the process in detail, work diligently, and resolve any on-site problems quickly to complete the project beautifully. The finished countertops are consistently called beautiful with an excellent outcome. However, the customer service and communication from the office staff could use improvement. There can be delays in updates, requiring customers to call for information, and communication is sometimes limited to generic emails without follow-up phone calls. Despite this, the installation team receives high praise, and the company offers free in-home design consultations with showrooms in Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo.
