“I have shopped at countless boot barns and found this location to really take the cake, in terms of variety and selection and western decor. I have to mention a huge shoutout to store associate Jessica, who in August 2024 helped me with my account in getting points for several large purchases that had never been recorded to my account because of a technical glitch. I had repeatedly been having this issue with my account over the years, but Jessica was the one who stepped up and solved it for me once and for all! She called me the following weekend to confirm the changes took effect, and for that I am so grateful. Time to give Jessica a raise! This is really a great Boot Barn to shop at for fashion, and they have a great selection for work clothes as well.”
“My daughter and I went to this store a few days ago. She lives in San Luis Obispo. She must've tried on 20 different articles of clothing. Too long, too small, too big. They actually cleaned up and organized the store. It looks like a new manager actually cares about the store. The place is much more organized and cleaner. The roof still makes me quesy as it's tilted in.
Old:
This store is the most dirty store I've ever been in. Thier is stuff on and trash all over the floor. Thiers used cups in muiltiple places. Also the roof is tilting in and looking at it makes my uneasy.”

“Their online reservation system is very easy. Took just a few seconds for the whole process, using google as a login for a "Reserva" account.
