They never gave us the caps to plug the bed when moving. Drove 80 miles to the store only for nobody to show up.. opened at 11 it’s 1120 now and no employees are at the store. Never again. 12/1/24

Sales staff was quite knowlegable and helpful. Ended up buying an i8 bed and returning it after experiencing the motion transfer between the two sides and the lack of passive cooling advertised. One unfortunate ommission by the sales staff is the $250 delivery charge that is charged in BOTH directions. So essentially the cost to "try it for 100 nights" and return it has a $500 penalty which was conviniently left out of the conversation by the sales staff.

My sleepnumber bed was leaking air, Sleepnumber customer service rep diagnosed that problem is in the pump, sent me a new pump (for which I paid $271 under new warranty). When I installed new pump, it didn't solve the problem. I called sleepnumber to take the pumpo back,and they are refusing to take the pump back (despite their wrong diagnosis) because they claim that limited warranty parts are "final sale" . I am stuck with new pump I don't need and $271 down (btw i diagnosed source of leak myself later, it's pipe that I taped and it works).
Never buy from them!

Dain, the store manager, went above a beyond on my purchase and he will make sure you are 100% satisfied!!! I would highly recommend the San Luis Obispo store to purchase your next bed!!!!

I had an excellent sales experience with Jake at the SLO location. He was professional and knowledgeable, yet very personable. He asked questions and really listened to the answers and directed me towards the appropriate mattresses for my needs instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive ones. I never felt like I was being "sold", I felt he was very genuine in wanting the customer to feel heard and happy with their purchase and I could not recommend him enough. I am awaiting my delivery date and cannot wait to receive my new mattress!

The customer service here is excellent. Had a great experience with our salesperson Harrison. He let us take time looking at the different beds and wasn't pushy at all. A lot of salespeople tend to put pressure on you to make a sale but Harrison was cool calm and collected. Highly recommend these beds and purchasing from Harrison!
