“I came here to sing the praises of Bavarian Master Care and was fully prepared to provide a detailed rundown of my entire experience with them. However, I’m no longer going to do that after seeing the overwhelming number of positive, in-depth reviews. They are well deserved.
Long story short, my 1991 318is had a catastrophic failure (the crankshaft completely snapped), and they rebuilt and handled everything for me. Very flexible and accommodating.
Habib, Hamed, and the entire crew are top-notch, solid humans. Don’t hesitate to bring your car to them.”
“I’ve never written a review for a company that turned my business away but here goes.
I had been told by 2 large repair chains that I needed immediate strut and control arm replacement and was quoted over $2k for the repair by both. I also had a ticking noise from the engine area neither could diagnose. Nervous to drive, trying to figure out how I was going to afford the repair, and how serious both were I made an appt to drop it off for an evaluation. I was referred by my girlfriend who has been going there for years and swore by Richard’s knowledge and honesty. When I got there to drop it off for the day he immediately had it test driven and within 30 minutes they had figured out both issues. I learned the ticking was not engine related and the strut/control arms are far from an immediate concern. I drove away completely relieved. He also quoted me a cost much lower than the other 2.
Of course I will bring the car to him when the time comes, but knowing how hard it is to find a repair shop with this level of knowledge and integrity compelled me to put my experience out there for others trying to figure out where to go to read. Thanks guys!!”

“I had the best first experience from a mechanic in my entire life. I took my 1985 Volkswagen vanagon in to get checked out because it was turning on, but it wouldn’t stay on unless I stepped on the accelerator. I told scott that at Volkswagen Paradise, and he said he didn’t have much time to give a thorough inspection, but told me to bring it in to get at least that problem fixed. He fixed the problem and didn’t charge me a dollar. I am so grateful for his generosity and I will definitely be coming back once he has time to give my van a thorough inspection”

“Take your car to Mike! After being treated poorly at a previous auto shop, I was relieved to finally get my car fixed at Haskell. Highly recommend, fast service and charged me very fairly.”
“My 2015 M4 (33,000 miles) experienced the worst issue from my perspective, as my electrical system just died. It took a new battery and a FEM unit that manages the charge from the battery and distributes it to the car. 1) The BMW guys came to my house to install the battery with the intent to saved me towing charges. 2) unfortunately the car didn't start and needed to be towed to the shop. It turned out I needed a part that came directly from the BMW Factory from Europe. It took 3+ months before the part came in. The BMW guys thru this time stayed on top of the suppliers every week looking for status as they kept me statused. When they finally rec'd and installed the part, and delivered to me the car worked like it was brand new. Takeaway - The BMW Guys are the real thing, Quality of Service (BMW certified mechanics), Transparency, Friendliness, Honest, Fair pricing. This is why I have serviced my BMW and now my Porsche with them for the past 5 years, "Because they CARE and take care of their customer's auto needs"”
