My truck needed an alignment to be done so I Made an appointment and was taken in as soon as I arrived, which was really awesome. Very quick and informative. Took about roughly 45ish minutes. “This was my first visit to 5th ave auto service. I brought my BMW M4 in for an oil change and general check up.My experience was great.They got me right in, did the work while I waited, and gave me a full inspection report delivered via text telling me the status of all my cars major systems.Their pricing is very fair (I got quotes from at least 5 different shops for the same work and 5th’s price was super competitive).I chatted a bit with the owner Mitch who is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable.I observed quietly while in the waiting room as he discussed issues with several other clients, carefully explaining the work needed and detailed analysis with pro’s and con’s for each customer.Overall I was super impressed with this shop and left with a great feeling that these guys know what they’re doing and my car is safe in their hands.I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!”

In the past they’ve also topped off oil and steering fluid at no charge, which Audi owners know is amazing since the cars do burn oil. Stand up customer service.Wish I lived closer to make them our regular auto shop!”
“Normally affordable and quality don't go hand and hand. However Asia, Basil, Jesus, Joey, and Jose made my experience the best I've ever had! Basil was super patient and was happy to stay after hours so I could pick up my car after work. Joey is extremely passionate about delivering a great experience. “I had a positive experience before with All German Auto in the past when I had consigned a car to them to sell for me several years back. Fast forward to this week, I went in on Monday thinking I’d give an independent shop a try after having my car serviced at the factory dealer for the last several years. I came in and was relieved to have a pleasant conversation with Chris about the timing of the service I was requesting as well as the cost. The cost turned out to be reasonable, the dealer wanted significantly more. I made an appointment to bring my car back Tuesday morning. The drop off the next morning was way more efficient than I had experienced with the dealer and my car was done when promised. Even though I had washed my car on Monday, after my service was performed, they washed it again and it seemed even cleaner than when I had dropped it off. No streaks, water spots or streaky windows like when I’d get my car back from the dealer. The showroom and waiting area were clean and comfortable as well. Thank You Chris, I’ll be back again!”
