After our purchase, Glenn, the sales manager, went above and beyond to help us with a small detail that needed attention — true customer care! And when I accidentally left my iPad in the car at the service department, they not only kept it safe but even charged it for me before returning it. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days.

“Brought in my 2019 Honda Accord because there was a loud scraping noise behind my tire. They quickly diagnosed it as a bent dust shield that was rubbing against my rotor. They were able to bend it back and informed me there was no damage to the rotor. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything on detail. Great customer service and a fair price!”
“Had a great experience at All German. I took in my Porsche Macan for a routine oil change and have to say they were very pleasant and professional both over the phone and in person. I used their free shuttle which arrived immediately and allowed me to get home quickly. I asked if they could complete the work by noon so I could get to work and they delivered on that. The price quoted over the phone was very reasonable and they did not try to upcharge when I went to pick up the car. Very happy and would highly recommend this shop. I used to take my Porsche 911 there as well before I sold it to buy this car.”
