K also helped me to navigate the insurance claim which was very helpful since it’s not something I do at all and I don’t want to do it ever again. The car looks amazing like nothing ever happened to it.”
“Sal and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my insurance claim. As seen in the photos my 2015 Tacoma was pretty badly banged up by a 75Ft tall pine tree that had fallen on it. The truck which has a great importance to me was treated with the best care that could be offered with the stringencies of working with insurance. I highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) here for any body work, yes the chains may be faster, but they will not do as good a job and that may cost you in the future.”

“I had a couple of paint chip offs on my truck from when a woman left the gas nozzle in her car and drove away. Those things spring back like a bullet and caused some minor, but noticeable damage. She was willing to pay for the repair, and I got price quotes from three shops that had good reviews and a reputation for quality work. I was most comfortable with Active Auto Collision. They have a shop in Escondido, but I went to their San Marcos location. And I am so glad that I did. Another happy customer!
They took care of the two damage spots and several road scratches from driving on freeways with truckers that I wasn’t charged for. Of the three quotes, this was the lowest priced one with five star reviews and quality work. I mean $750 cheaper for the same request. The metallic paint matched perfectly and my baby was like brand new again. Now we aren’t talking about a brand new truck. My Myrtle is a 2004 that’s never been in an accident. Sun fade is a reality, but there is no noticeable signs that she ever received a touch up repair.
Best price. Quality customer service. Excellent body shop service provider. Yeah, I’ll definitely be going here again if I ever need any work done. Try them once, you’ll return twice.”
