“I smashed a classic. A 93 Rx7. I banged up the fender, bumper, hood, and door. I also had some damage to the apron/core support. I had nowhere to turn, I wasn't going to attempt to take it to a fly by night place. I also knew that nobody wanted to touch this thing, especially with how old it is. I showed up with my tail between my legs and asked what are the chances they wanted to work on it. Originally they didn't, mainly because of parts. Also it helps not to be a dick or entitled, they don't owe you anything. I had connections to parts, and after a decent and easy conversation they were on board. This is not a typical scenario, I knew it was going to take time, I knew some parts may not be found. I doubt they will take yours because it is a risk, they want perfection from their results. But oh man they delivered. I stopped by every day to give some pointers and we assured each other that things were going to be okay. Ted and the crew are very chill and HIGHLY communicative. I could not be happier with the results. If they can fix an FD, they will absolutely make your newer car right. I think I found the best body shop this side of California and recommend them to everyone. I added photos of the before and after.”

“Update: 6/13/2026 Where do we begin?!?!?! We have been in a few not at fault accidents. We were searching for a local auto body shop that was reputable. We finally had found one shop that works well with our auto insurance company. It was actually recommended aswell by our agent. Let me tell you the amount of pride every employee has at this site is awesome. The take care of your vehicle. Professional and extremely respectful. Not one person we came across this facility was in a bad mood. All were friendly. We had the pleasure to work with Keith and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. What I love about our experiences is that they made us feel taken care of. Great communication and extremely reasonable. Even though it was paid by our insurance. They give you every modification and repair in its breakdown. Now moving forward we will only use this location. We had our vehicle vandalized and keyed. We ended up taking our car to a paint shop in Escondido and the bill was 10k. The paint and clear was herendous. Fix Auto did such a better job than the other location that we wish we would have gone here for that time. Thank you Keith for taking really good care of us and our vehicle. Your expertise and attention to detail is remarkable. Thank you thank you and thank you! Kudos to all the ladies and gentleman's in and outside the office. Oh and the coffee in the office is really good! Please give the entire team and Keith kudos.”

“Such a great experience all around! Brought my car in for an estimate and was treated extremely well by Fernando and Sergio. I was dreading having to take my car in to be repaired and find it very stressful, but here I felt heard and respected throughout the whole experience. They made it so easy! They began working on my car that same day. I was taken directly to the rental car place by Sergio and when my car was ready, they took care of the return. My car was finished earlier than expected which is so important to me since I use my car for work. Keep up the amazing work and exceptional customer service!”

“Shawn was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. He took great care of my car and made it look brand new—as if nothing had ever happened! Every time I reached out or texted him, he was super attentive and always responded in a timely manner. Not only did he finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but he also went above and beyond by giving my car a complimentary wash and even refilled the windshield wiper fluid. It’s clear that Shawn truly cares—not just about his work, but about his customers and the community, especially Marines. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of auto body repairs. You won’t be disappointed! (Pictures of before and after Shawn fixed my car)”

“I have finally found an honest, reliable and qualified mechanic. Life is so much easier knowing i have Dave watching out for my cars health. I drive an electric car, my family have gas vehicles, either way he has us covered. From diagnosis to repair, quick efficient and extremely informative, calling and speaking clearly about the issues and how to go about fixing them in a financially affordable way. “My experience with caliber collision was wonderful. Rosie kept full communication with me ongoing to let me know the status of my car. She even went above and beyond and ordered me a new battery from AutoZone as my battery had died while it was in their possession and allowed me to pay for it upon pick up. Lastly, I did not have to take my rental car back to enterprise, and then get a ride to caliber collision as they returned the rental for me. I highly recommend them for all services needed on your vehicles.”

“I had a great experience at Chris Amato’s Body Werks. My ‘23 SUV Mercedes was hit in the rear bumper and my tailgate was scratched from my garage door. They did an excellent job of repair and paint, it looks brand new again. Jackie helped me in the front office and even got there a little early for me so I could get to work on time. She went above and beyond. She kept me posted with the repair costs and was finished within the time frame she told me. I would definitely recommend this body shop. I’ve been in the automotive repair business for 40 years. They understand customer service!! Great job!!”

“Jorge was extremely helpful, gave a great price and the work came out phenomenally! I was hesitant to use him due to having only a few reviews but am so glad I went with him. He repainted my roof and part of my roofrail due to oxidation. He was able to get it done in 2 days. He communicated clearly, worked with my schedule to pick up the car once it was ready and even fixed my gas cap. Thank you Jorge!”

“Our experience with Mossy Nissan Oceanside was phenomenal! We decided on a 2026 Pathfinder Platinum 4WD with a specific exterior and interior colorway, unfortunately there were none available locally where we live. After a thorough on-line inventory search of Nissan dealerships in Southern California, we found one listed at Mossy Nissan. Late that night we inquired about this Pathfinder (and one other one as a 2nd option) through Mossy’s “Contact Us” webpage. The next morning, I received a call from Sales Manager Akim Akimi and Sales Consultant Larry Ringstaff. Since we were located a long distance from Mossy Nissan Oceanside, Akim was very accommodating as well as professional and respectful with regards to our situation to help us succeed in purchasing the Pathfinder from a long distance away. Akim was very friendly and cooperative over the phone and answered all my questions. Akim offered us a very good deal that we were pleased with and he quickly arranged everything and for an appointment for the following day. After the initial collaboration with Akim, I knew that this was where I wanted to buy our new car. When we arrived at Mossy Nissan Oceanside the next day, we were greeted by Akim and Larry and they made us feel welcomed. Larry proceeded with familiarizing us with the Pathfinder(s), the inspections and the test drives, and answered all the questions we had. Larry was amazing at making us feel comfortable and after agreeing to the deal, Larry introduced us to Finance Manager Daniel Miramontes, and he too was welcoming and professional. He was knowledgeable and practical, answered all our financial questions and provided helpful suggestions. Overall, we had a really great experience purchasing our new Pathfinder from Akim, Larry, Daniel and Mossy Nissan Oceanside. We highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mossy Nissan Oceanside. Ask for Akim Akimi and Larry Ringstaff. We came away very happy and satisfied with Mossy Nissan Oceanside and will consider them first the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle and recommend them to all of our friends. Thank you.”

“We just got a car here today and I have to say that I was very impress with how the whole process went. We had trouble figuring out how to pick up the car since our schedule is pretty hectic and this dealership is quite far from us. They went above and beyond to make everything easy for us, they were even going to deliver the car to us just to help us. Larry the manager along with Nathan, prepared everything for us so we didn't have to wait a long time. All we had to do was sign and go. Carlos in finance was also very helpful. They were all knowledgeable about the car and very informative. I will refer them to my friends and family.Thank you again for such a wonderful and stress free experience!”
