“I buy landscape supply for statuary manufacturing company that also creates landscape design, and for years have purchased landscape supplies through another SD block/paver company bc that is where our account was set up, so ease of purchase, discount, no tax etc...But recently their inventory has decreased, staff less knowledgeable, difficulty ordered etc... I went to Modern a few weeks ago just to see if they could offer something more for an extensive backyard project, block walls, pavers, flagstone, fire pit I was working on. Saved $1500 on a $6500 purchase right off the bat which was fantastic. Even better though is their extensive inventory, everyone who works there is polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable, even the forklift guys are A+. I had the pleasure of working with Anna at the front desk the first few times, she walked the yard with me, discussed the project, offered some input, no rush, it was a fantastic experience. I have since set up my business account through Modern and see no reason to go elsewhere. I highly recommend.”
