“The team from Lyvayko were professional and completed the shower waterproofing quickly and it was done exactly as expected. I would definitely use them again for future work in my house.”

“I buy landscape supply for statuary manufacturing company that also creates landscape design, and for years have purchased landscape supplies through another SD block/paver company bc that is where our account was set up, so ease of purchase, discount, no tax etc...But recently their inventory has decreased, staff less knowledgeable, difficulty ordered etc... I went to Modern a few weeks ago just to see if they could offer something more for an extensive backyard project, block walls, pavers, flagstone, fire pit I was working on. Saved $1500 on a $6500 purchase right off the bat which was fantastic. Even better though is their extensive inventory, everyone who works there is polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable, even the forklift guys are A+. I had the pleasure of working with Anna at the front desk the first few times, she walked the yard with me, discussed the project, offered some input, no rush, it was a fantastic experience. I have since set up my business account through Modern and see no reason to go elsewhere. I highly recommend.”

“SPEEDY FOLLOW-THROUGH of Martine Bobadilla customer service for requested decorative crushed rock sample! Although I live in NorCal, KRC Rock offers Barkwood gravel that isn't carried near me. Sales rep Martine took my call at the end of a Monday and said he'd check if they could mail me a sample. The sample was shipped on Wednesday and he emailed me to let me know. I got the shipment Friday, and it's a generous sample. KRC is able to ship the super sacks of decorative rock on a flatbed truck with forklift to place the sacks at my property. I still haven't decided on a decorative rock for my backyard, but I am so impressed with responsiveness from KRC Rock that I felt like giving a shout-out. (I have had much worse experience with another big SoCal company who keeps dropping the ball on my requests, on the order of months of delay with no updates. I have also read many poor reviews of a 3rd SoCal company with problematic deliveries where the material was wrong or shorted.)”

“This place really has what you need for your roofing supplies and tools. I had an old tile that needed to be replaced after I stepped on it wrong and cracked it. I was able to speak with the staff and they helped me match my old tract KB home built 2003, roof tile to a new one. I got a spare incase I ever need it. It fit perfectly and was easy to install using DYI / YouTube techniques (no other tiles broke). Thank you RWC and a special shout out to a great staff member, Francisco for his expert help!”

“Skip the GM and Diego the counter clerk were really helpful in getting my large roof top tent shipped out to Minnesota. We were able to get the tent palletized and headed out in short order here. Very helpful and knowledgeable.”
