“Super delicious! I love their carnitas,I would eat them everyday if I could. Cashiers are SUPER friendly. They make me giggle ;) They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Best carniceria in the WORLD. They even added a seating area outside so you can enjoy you freshly cooked food.”

“Moving from NYC back to SD, we were excited to see a butchery that looked the part.
Nicely curated, albeit small, shop by the Trust Restaurant Group. Their dry aged burger lacked the funk that you’d usually get from dry-aged beef, while their fries left more to desire. The buns they used were too big. However, their prices are honest and portions are huge and well worth the $12-$13.
We also bought a boneless ribeye ($37) to cook at home on the cast iron. Again, not a ton of flavor.
They do sell Martin’s potato buns (a huge plus) that I think they should serve their burgers on! Just a suggestion.”
“Usually has the asian herbs I have been looking for (rau rum and a few others). They don't always appear super fresh but better than driving all the way down to Mira Mesa or further.”
“I have been a customer with this Staters Brother Market for three years and will always appreciate Joe Bravo for his excellent customer service. He always put great value on teamwork, which showed great leadership from top to bottom. I was sad to hear that he had retired. The store will never be the same without him.”
“Another great grocery store option in Vista. Stater Bros. has great prices, friendly employees, and a good selection of everyday items. Got some dogfood trays for $1 here. The store is well organized and easy to shop.
Vista has a lot of good grocery options depending on what you’re looking for. There’s Trader Joe's, Northgate González, Frazier Farms Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Albertsons … and even Walmart and Target have pretty nice grocery sections too.
Nice to have another solid grocery shopping option in the area. ?”
“Me and my wife went to rodeo market looking for pork belly slab. The customer service was great. They helped us and scheduled to pick up fresh pork belly next morning. Amazing staff! Amazing meat good great place.”

“My Aunt, while living in Northern California, wanted to order her sister (my mom) a wonderful birthday sheet cake that she and all her friends would enjoy! I recommended Stater Brothers because we have had good success with their bakery. My aunt called and Elena was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless! When I picked the cake up, John was absolutely awesome! Help me get it out to my vehicle and make sure everything was taken care of. We cannot thank Elena and John enough for their consideration and the wonderful cake for my mom! We will definitely be buying our baked goods from Stater Brothers!”

“I am not a fan of grocery shopping in general,. That being said -
I quite enjoyed roaming the isles as there were so many products that were cost-effective and everything was so neat an organized. Clearly the people who work here care about the display, the quality and the people shopping. I was blown away. And when I checked out, Liz and Rosie we're so sweet and kind so everything combined makes me wanna go back there and I will. They may grocery shopping a pretty swell experience coming from somebody that doesn't like to grocery shop. Well done stater brothers I was very impressed”

“I remember this store being an Alpha Beta in the 70's, thus being, it's old and small, lacking the modern conveniences you find today in most supermarkets. There is no deli, bakery, fresh cut fruit. I shop here often and find most of the employees nice and friendly, and some that completely lack personality. The meat department is excellent, can't say the same for the seafood.”
