“I must admit most of our purchases are either Amazon or Costco, but when it comes to electronics I like to support a local store and local workers. Had my dog with me so chose curbside pickup. Waited less than three minutes from the time I arrived to I had a new printer on the trunk of my car. Superb service.”
“Previously a five star for carrying great product(s) and being helped at the door, after a secondary visit and linking up with a great rep again, I will include that they are knowledgable as I inquired about some niche specifics and they were able to understand and communicate availability within the store. Likely to return for other electronics stuff!”

“The Apple Store is run just like all the others. I needed to replace my Apple watch and the lady helping me was very helpful. Lots of pro tips such as making sure my phone had latest software upgrade to iOS 26 before pairing my new watch. Crowded but not crazy crowded.”
“I’ve never really had a bad experience at ANY Apple Store, and this one was certainly no exception. These folks were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. This is why I prefer to have Apple themselves handle my upgrades, versus going to one of my carrier stores. Great job as always!”
“I had an appointment today with Eden, and she was fantastic! She was easy going, easy to talk to, and really listened to what I wanted. She didn’t make me feel awkward at all, which I had been nervous about. She absolutely crushed it, and I look forward to going back and seeing her in the future!”
“They diagnosed the issue with my computer for free, gave me a variety of options when it came to solving the repair, and kept me thoroughly updated. Also, for a battery repair on an ROG Zephyrus it was not very expensive and much better than spending 3-6 months dealing with ASUS.”
