“I was missing a screw in the laptop case. It was in an odd spot near the power button and caused problems with the sleep mode. Originally went to the geek squad at best buy where I was told "there's lots of problems here and we don't have a screw that will fit." A friend recommended LAPTOPS PLUS. The tech there (sorry I didn't get his name) had it fixed in three minutes. Laptops Plus is where I'll go from now on.”
